THE WALKING DEAD Season 10C Opening Scene Sees Maggie Come Face-To-Face With Negan

Although Season 10 of The Walking Dead technically concluded last October, the zombie drama series will return on February 28 for the first of 6 "bonus episodes," and AMC has now released a new sneak peek at the opening scene of "Home Sweet Home."

The clip sees Maggie (Lauren Cohan) come face-to-face with Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), clearly unaware of the deal the former leader of the Saviours cut with Carol. Negan assures her that he didn't escape and Maggie walks away, but you have to believe this is far from the end of it!

Maggie actually returned in the season finale, and although she didn't appear to see (acknowledge?) Negan then, you can bet she's going to have something to say about her friends joining forces with the man who brutally murdered her husband.

Negan already found himself starring down the barrel of Maggie's gun back when he was locked in a cell in Alexandria, but she chose to spare him after coming to the realization that he longed for death, and that leaving him to rot would be the best revenge.

Something tells us she won't feel quite the same when she sees him swinging Lucille again!

“Maggie has returned with a story she is not ready to share, even when her past catches up to her. Negan's safety is at stake again.”

Do you guys plan on checking out these bonus episodes of The Walking Dead, or have you lost interest in the show altogether? Let us know in the comments section.

I wonder if Andrew Lincoln would have stayed on if he knew the series was only lasting one more season.

Thought it already had it's last season. Guess it sucks for those who're really involved with it, but I feel its a good time to end after having been going on for so long.

Kinda OT: for those into zombie show, I recommend (also others) checking out Kingdom on Netflix. Thats a really dope show in my opinion.
