With an unwanted house guest (Raffi Barsoumian) aboard the Waverider, Sara Lance (Caity Lotz) and the Legends find themselves in an unusual situation when Mick (Dominic Purcell) goes into labor and needs a little help delivering his and Kayla's (Aliyah O'Brien) offspring.
Meanwhile, with Constantine's (Matt Ryan) situation getting worse by the minute, Zari (Tala Ashe) enlists Astra (Olivia Swann) and Spooner's (Lisseth Chavez) assistance to get to the bottom of what he's been up to, and it's probably a safe bet that she's not going to like what she finds.
