There is NO HAWKGIRL TV Series in Development

Yesterday's report of the CW making a Hawkgirl series has been debunked, thanks to a tweet from Hawkgirl actress Ciara Renee.

Well, sorry to dissappoint, but it appears that the CW is not making a stand-alone Hawkgirl series as confirmed in a tweet by Ciara Renee. This is not suprising news, but slightly dissapointing. It does make you wonder where the source came from and if the CW was testing the waters to see people's opinions on the matter. Of course Hawkgirl will still be a regular on DC's Legends Of Tommorow, which is set to air early 2016.

Now I'm not gonna lie, I don't know much about Kendra Saunders. The only things I know about Hawkgirl come from the old Justice League cartoons. I don't think she ever needed her own show, however I wouldn't mind her having a two hour tv movie that explores her history and background.

I don't care who it is, how low the budget is, or who stars in it, get me a DC show on HBO.

Whatever. I'd prefer the rumor of DC producing HBO shows set in the DCCU to be true.

Thank goodness because for that cause there's been nothing absolutely nothing but chaos of whining little bitches complaining how much CW is being repetitive with their DC shows. Please! It's about as repetitive as YouTube. Like whatever! Get over yourselves. What bunch of pathetic little babies.

I look forward to a rotating miniseries anthology based in the Flarrowverse if Legends is successful. Eight or so episodes of Hawkgirl, then the Atom, then Firestorm, or somebody we haven't met yet...

I'm okay with this news. The reason why, Zatanna deserves her own series more. Plus if you want to make more black superhero shows, how about the Milestone comic ones? Seeing a show about Static, Icon, Hardware, Rocket & Buck Wild would be great. A Buck Wild show by itself would be crazy good. There is so much potential for a very good and funny show staring Buck Wild.

Good news I don't think we need a Hawkgirl series. TandAFan It would be very cool If the DC cinematic universe could be Earth Prime our Earth that would be very exciting they could even mention it is with history referenced. and the TV one Earth 1 or 2 very cool idea.

They have a lot of work to do on Arrow before they start adding more shows. The writing on Arrow needs to be more mature.
