LUCIFER Season 4 First-Look Photo Teases Tom Ellis' Devil Being Tempted By The Alluring Eve

Netflix has just shared a first look at the upcoming fourth season of the recently saved Lucifer, featuring our devil with a heart of gold being tempted by the world's first sinner, the very alluring Eve.

As part of their 2019 First Look feature, TV Line has shared the first promo still for the hotly-awaited fourth season of Lucifer, featuring Tom Ellis' titular devil finding himself in a very compromising position with the world's first sinner, Eve (Inbar Lavi).

While catching up with the outlet, in the midst of filming the fourth season finale, Ellis revealed that Eve's arrival will send Luci on a tempting trip down memory lane. “Lucifer is in a very vulnerable moment, emotionally — not that he would ever recognize that — when out of nowhere, Eve turns up, and brings back so much for Lucifer, about the man he used to be — or, the Devil he used to be. She’s never forgotten about him. And she loves him.

Based on those comments, it's probably not a stretch to assume she'll cause some trouble for the Devil's lady love, Chloe Decker (Lauren German), but that doesn't mean German hasn't been having tons of fun acting opposite her new co-star. “Inbar plays Eve so uniquely, and well…. She just brings a whole new vibe to the show. She has this ethereal and light and sensual energy.”

We're still awaiting a premiere date, but with the ten-episode season having recently wrapped, we should probably hear something a lot more concrete very, very soon.

Entering its third season, the story of the original fallen angel continues. As Season Two came to a close, Lucifer took care of a little problem called Mom, aka Charlotte (Tricia Helfer). But now he’s facing an even greater challenge – finding out who kidnapped him, and why his angel wings are back. In addition, Tom Welling (Smallville) joins the cast as Marcus Pierce, an accomplished police lieutenant who is everything Lucifer (Tom Ellis) is not – strategic, reserved and well-respected. But perhaps even more annoying are all the things they have in common. Both men are charming, charismatic and handsome as hell. So when Pierce starts developing a connection with Decker (Lauren German), Lucifer's devilish traits are inflamed.

Lucifer features:
Tom Ellis as Lucifer Morningstar
Lauren German as Chloe Decker
Kevin Alejandro as Dan Espinoza
D.B. Woodside as Amenadiel
Lesley-Ann Brandt as Mazikeen
Tricia Helfer as Charlotte Richards
Aimee Garcia as Ella Lopez
Scarlett Estevez as Trixie Espinoza
Rachael Harris as Linda Martin
Inbar Lavi as Eve
Graham McTavish as Father Kinley
Vinessa Vidotto as Remiel

Not seen S3 yet. Wonder if Netflix will have the previous seasons on demand?
Interested to see how the faithful Twitter fans who helped "saved the show" deal with a different way of viewing.

I couldn't get into this show after season 1. But I saw that it got rescued by Netflix, so I was thinking of getting caught up.

Is it worth it?

I though season 1 was pretty decent. I liked that it wasn't just like a typical crime procedural with the Lucifer characters slapped into it.
