Who should turn up as the real main villain for Supergirl Season 2?

Well, Project Cadmus and it's location is yet to be revealed, the facility is known for studies on aliens which also weaponizes alien dna and the abilities of every species for military purposes and is considered to be a paramilitary division due to some dirty secrets they keep from everyone else that could affect the world along with the diabolical experiments they do and they don't care whether the aliens they disect are friendly or hostile and while Superman and Supergirl are set to take on Metallo or two of them that Cadmus sends to kill or capture them but whether Lex Luthor's sister is with Cadmus or against them is yet to be decided, reports on the upcoming did not say that Lana Luthor was going to be the second season's big bad but who knows and if not then amoung Project Cadmus and some of the villains that are within that organization regarding Cyborg Superman, Eradicator, the unnamed Doctor running the division, Doomsday is expected to appear to take on the last children of Krypton later this season as well since Cadmus created a clone of the monster in the comics. But due to the rumors of Dean Cain's Jeremia Danvers being turned into Cyborg Superman or Eradicator, and to how Cadmus seems to know of Kara's superhearing abilities since they were able to keep her from hearing anything during Col. James Harper's interrogation with Jon Jons along with other posibilites like how the DEO (while the real Hank Henshaw was still running it) found out about Kara which led her father into joining them so that they would let her be, the explosion at one of Max Lord's buildings that led Kara into being exposed to he radiation of the man made red Kryptonite which made her go berserk when the green kryptonite is what he should have used like he was misinformed, Lucy Lane having bursted out and having Alex arrested after she confirmed that she never new that Jon was the Hank Henshaw that bailed her out of jail and enlisted her in the DEO and in such a cold hearted mood like she didn't care about responsibilities of keeping families safe, to who it was that told Harper about Martian Manhunter infiltrating the DEO, Cadmus' insane attempts of having Jeramia turn on his daughters as one of their experiments and how they are able to aquire Superman's dna to create Superboy, all of this would have to be done and orcastrated by a villainess with the capability and the nerve to pull all this off, by an enemy Superman has fought before Kara came to Earth on the CBS and CW series, who intends to kill Superman and Supergirl or by tearing each of their lives apart as well as their friends and allies so that she would make them regret interfering with her search for a book of spells with one that would help her retain her human form. She is also the first supervillain in the comics that killed Superman 5 years before Doomsday did, but not all the way to defeat. This villain has only appeared in the new earth comics and she who CW should introduce into Supergirl season 2 as the real main antagonist behind Cadmus's attack on the duo is none other than the Original Silver Banshee (McDougal)
