Last year, the S.T.A.R. Labs Particle Accelerator exploded, creating a dark matter storm that struck forensic scientist Barry Allen — bestowing him with super-speed and making him the fastest man alive. But Barry wasn’t the only person who was given extraordinary abilities that night. The dark matter also created meta-humans — many of whom have wreaked havoc on the city. With the help of the S.T.A.R Labs team, Caitlin Snow, Cisco Ramon and Dr. Harrison Wells, Barry protects the people of Central City from these powerful new threats as The Flash. Following the defeat of Allen's arch-nemesis Eobard Thawne (aka Reverse Flash), Team Flash must quickly turn their attention to the singularity swirling high above Central City, consuming everything in its path. Armed with the heart of a hero and the ability to move at super speeds, Barry charged into the eye of the singularity, but can he actually save his city from impending doom?

The Flash features:
Grant Gustin as Barry Allen/Flash
Candice Patton as Iris West
Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow

Tom Cavanagh as Dr. Harrison Wells
Jesse L. Martin as Detective Joe West
John Wesley Shipp as Henry Allen/Jay Garrick

@grif - Agreed. It reminds me of Flight of the Bumblebee, i also really like Zoom's theme and The Reverse-Flash Wells theme

tbh i was really let down by this season. Between time-remnants, the non-sensical Jay Garrick twist, and the Flashpoint ending the show has ruined alot of the faith i had in it from the first season :/

@Ha1frican - I just re-watched the entire 2nd season and realized that the Jay Garrick/Zoom/Hunter plot makes absolutely zero sense. Yet, still, the season was still enjoyable. That's how good the show is.

@Luminus - it was enjoyable for sure but it makes me really fear for this shows future how far in quality it's dropped

This season fell apart for me. Best episodes were the RF, Grodd, king Shark and the Earth 2 episodes.
Everything else was so so.

@JonTargaryen94 - The RF episode made no sense, but was still good. Problems:

1: Why does the RF keep saying he now knows what time frame the Flash is from? This should be clearly marked in the history books.

2: Why does the RF exist? He just shouldn't. The easy way around this is to just have Eddie be temporarily immortal, since the past is the future is the past. This just means he doesn't die, until he's suppose to die, which is after having children. The gun should've just jammed or we should find out he's alive and trapped on another Earth.

3: The RF now has knowledge of his future, but doesn't use it? He knows he won't succeed in killing the Flash. He knows Cisco will discover his secret. He knows he's going to die. It's a contradiction of both past and that one future ep, where Barry goes back in time to learn from RF.
