THE FLASH Season 9 NEW Info Regarding Episode Title, And Returning Characters!

The Flash season 9 will see the most surprising storylines for the show yet, and thanks to a reliable source, we might have some clues on what they may be!

With 'The Flash' season 9 being the show's last, it is safe for us to assume even more bizarre and scientific wacky shenanigans to occur in the 13-episode-long season. So far, the show has been keeping its most prominent storylines and surprises for the final season safely hidden from the general public's knowledge.

According to Canadagraphs, a reliable source that always manages to snap set photos from when 'The Flash' is filming in a public location, they stated to have information about the episode that they are currently filming for the show.

There are two details I picked up while I was there on the first day by dumb luck. One is, a guest star that ALSO filmed on the Monday set, but unfortunately not while I was there, that is Rick Cosnett was working that day. I DO NOT KNOW the character he was playing, so dont get carried away with speculations. The other, is the episode title, which I found curious. "A New World: Part One".

For those who do not recall, Rick Cosnett played Eddie Thawne, who was the police officer that sacrificed himself way back in season 1 of the show. Rick had expressed his excitement in returning to the show again, to reprise his role as Eddie Thawne, or hopefully a more significant character.

Fans had hoped since Rick's return last season, that he would finally play the iconic villain 'Cobalt Blue', who was teased at the end of last season.

No new set photos or further details regarding Rick's return have surfaced anywhere online just yet, but news is quick to break, so perhaps next week a statement or possibly a set photo of Rick as Cobalt Blue will be leaked.

As for the episode title, it sounds incredible.

"A New World: Part One", will be the title for The Flash season 9 episode 10, and set photos taken by Canadagraphs reveal some familiar faces to star:

Because there are now a number of forms that use these 2 characters as their identities, let's just say that these are Barry's parents. It looks more than likely to be, as Henry and Nora Allen are seen holding hands together. Barry is seen there too, but in some of the photos appears to be unconscious with his parents aiding him.

It is not a coincidence that Barry's parents are alive in the episode titled "A New World" -- we might see Barry creating some type of Flashpoint universe all over again, or maybe doing some time traveling to when before his mother was murdered.

Since this happens to be episode 10 out of 13, what if this is the final storyline of the show? What if Barry did make another Flashpoint, and this time we get to see how a longer version of that story would be in a whole 5-part storyline, only to end with Barry fixing the timeline again by going back in time to the night where it all started? It sounds like a long shot, but it would coincide with many fans' hopes on how the show should end.

Your math is painfully off. If this is ep 10 and there are 13 episodes in the season this would make it a 4 part series finale.

My guess is that Barry will travel back in time to ensure that the Post Crisis Version of him will live but in doing so will erase himself from the multiverse and thus the Original Flash from 2014 will cease to exist, concluding the show. Maybe a cameo in the movie as part of the speed force.
