Wells & Jesse Quick Return In The Plot Synopsis For THE FLASH Season 3 Episode 3: "Magenta"
After meeting Kid Flash in the season premiere, get ready for another speedster when Harrison Wells & Jesse Quick return to Earth-1 after the latter develops her latent Speed Force abilities.
There have been a handful of rumors circulating over the past few weeks of Violett Beane being seen on-set in costume as Jesse Quick and it looks like we'll finally get to see her suit up alongside Barry's titular hero in episode three when she and her father make their long-awaited returns to Earth-1 to reunite with the S.T.A.R. Labs crew. And their timing couldn't be any better too cause a new metahuman by the name of Magenta has arrived in Central City and is causing all kinds of trouble with her metal-bending abilities. EARTH-2 WELLS AND JESSE RETURN TO CENTRAL CITY — Barry (Grant Gustin) and Team Flash are thrilled to reunite with Earth-2 Wells (Tom Cavanagh) and Jesse (guest star Violett Beane). Wells confides to Barry and Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) that Jesse has all the powers of a speedster and has been saving people on his Earth. He is concerned about her safety and wants them to talk her out of using her powers. Meanwhile, Magenta, (guest star Joey King) a new meta who can control metal, terrorizes the city. Armen V. Blinded by anger, Barry unwittingly plays into Zoom's game and uncovers the evil speedster's true goal: to destroy all the earths in the multiverse. In the face of his life, Barry ultimately gets the upper hand against Zoom and defeats his nemesis. But unable to celebrate victory, Barry makes a world-shaking decision and speeds back in time to the night his mother died to stop Reverse Flash from killing her, irrevocably changing his past and redetermining his future.
