INTRODUCING JAY GARRICK - Jay Garrick (guest star Teddy Sears), a mysterious man fromEarth-2, appears at S.T.A.R. Labs with a dire warning about an evil speedster named Zoom, who is set on destroying The Flash. Barry (Grant Gustin) and the team must decide if they can trust this stranger even as they face yet another powerful meta-human. Meanwhile, Joe (Jesse L. Martin) must deal with a determined officer named Patty Spivot (guest star Shantal VanSanten) who wants to join his meta-human task force. Jesse Warn directed the episode written by Aaron Helbing and Todd Helbing.

Although not a big fan of their 'freak of the week', horrible dialogue sometimes and silly CW crap, I actually love the show.

Love the nods to comics, cool characters and loveable charisma and chemistry from the cast

If we're going by comics:

Professor Zoom = Eobard Thawne, Barry's Reverse Flash
Zoom = Hunter Zolomon, Wally's Reverse-Flash

Given how obvious it was that Wells was Eobard in season 1, I expect that it won't be so easy to decipher Zoom's identity this time around, so it's likely they've changed who he is.

Please for the love of god, don't be Eddie.

I am debating whether it is the new 52 newest version of the reverse flash, Daniel West, Future Barry from the not too recent story arch where the flash goes back in time to save wally west( due to the blue suit) or solomon aka the original professor zoom.

Hunter Zolomon is not the original Professor Zoom, that would be Eobard Thawne from season 1. Zolomon took on the name "Zoom" much later on and was the Reverse Flash for Wally West's Flash.

Earth 2 Barry is probably not an option as he is in jail.

Daniel West might be a reasonable option given that Wally is being introduced.

I agree with some people, Zoom would look better as Boss Logics design but I'm so happy he's on Flash, it's whatever
