Indira Varma (Game of Thrones, Luther) and Daniel Dae Kim (Hellboy, Lost) are the latest celebrities to publicly announce that they've been diagnosed with coronavirus.

Varma, who had been performing in a production of Anton Chekhov’s The Seagull at the Playhouse Theater in London’s West End with fellow Game of Thrones alum Emilia Clarke, shared the following message to Instagram.

"So sad our and so many other shows around the world have gone dark affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. We hope to be back soon and urge you all (and the govt) to support us when we do. Phoenix/ Seagull rising from the ashes. I’m in bed with it and it’s not nice. Stay safe and healthy and be kind to your fellow people"

Dae Kim also took to Instagram to share his diagnosis, urging people to follow medical professional's guidelines in a lengthy video.

"Even though I'm smiling and upbeat right now, I was in bed for several days. So for all those out there, especially teenagers and millennials who think this is not serious, please know that it is," he said. "And if you treat this without care, you are potentially endangering the lives of millions of people, including your loved ones. So, for the sake of everyone else, please follow the guidelines — socially distance, self-isolate, stop touching your face and, of course, wash your hands."

Tom Hanks, Olga Kurylenko, Kristofer Hivju and Idris Elba have already shared their diagnoses, and more high-profile names are expected to come forward.

Those in the entertainment industry are constantly travelling and interacting with dozens of different people every day, making them more likely to come into contact with someone who has contracted the virus.

It's crazy because Italy's death toll due to RONA has now surpassed China.

Maybe China is underreporting or trying to cover their actual death toll?

It wouldn't be the 1st time China has done something shady so....

@mastakilla39 -
I have no doubt that's what's happening. They've under-reported deaths from the beginning.

The memes are funny but it should be taken seriously. Not because it's an apocalyptic virus but to contain the spread. It's that simple.

If I could just shrunk myself and hop in every celebrities's and civilians' bodies, I'll shoot every coronavirus with my super sweet big ass laser gun like the mothaf*@king Rambo. In the end, everyone will call me a hero. Ya hear? A...goddamn...Hero.
