Marvel Studios has announced the addition of Nickelodeon actor Trey Sartorius to the cast of the upcoming Disney+ miniseries, "Agatha: Darkhold Diaries."  Trey's popularity was gained from being on the Nickelodeon series Henry Danger. He also has appeared in the hit series The Thundermans. The actor also made a appearance on Disney's Sydney To The Max. "The Really Loud House," and Disney's "Pretty Freaking Scary,"

Also when you google the cast of Agatha: Darkhold Diaries Trey Sartorius is listed. Sartorius hinted at his involvement in the series through an Instagram story, revealing a script exceeding 400 pages back in February of 2023.

Agatha: Darkhold Diaries was created by Jac Schaeffer and based on the Marvel Comics character Agatha Harkness, the plot details of "Agatha: Darkhold Diaries" have been closely guarded. The series is set to explore the aftermath of Agatha's loss to Wanda Maximoff, leaving her trapped in her Agnes persona.

The cast includes familiar faces such as Kathryn Hahn reprising her role as Agatha Harkness, alongside Emma Caulfield Ford as Dottie from Wanda's Westview fantasies. Joe Locke, possibly portraying Billy Kaplan (Wiccan), has also been added to the ensemble. Miles Gutierrez-Riley, playing Billy's boyfriend, Hulkling, adds to the intrigue.

Additionally, Aubrey Plaza, Ali Ahn, Maria Dizzia, Patti LuPone, Debra Jo Rupp, and Sasheer Zamata round out the star-studded cast. Plaza is anticipated to take on a potentially villainous role, while LuPone is set to portray Marvel Comics' Lilia Calderu, and Zamata will play the sorceress Jennifer Kale.

Notably, Trey Sartorius will portray Nate Richards, known as Kang the Conqueror. The character, Nathaniel Richards, a 31st-century scholar and descendant of Reed Richards's time-traveling father, embarks on a complex journey involving time travel, ancient Egypt, and encounters with iconic Marvel characters.

The character, now famously recognized as Kang, made his debut in "Fantastic Four" #19 (October 1963) courtesy of Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. Initially introduced as the pharaoh Rama-Tut, a temporal criminal from the year 3000 conquering ancient Egypt, Kang's enigmatic origins hinted at a potential link to the infamous Doctor Doom.

Returning in "Fantastic Four Annual" #2 (September 1964) and later adopting the identity Kang in "The Avengers" #8 (published the same month), the narrative clarified that Rama-Tut was indeed a younger version of Kang, setting the stage for a complex storyline.

A pivotal revelation occurred in "Fantastic Four" #273 (December 1984), challenging the belief that Kang descended from Doctor Doom. Instead, it hinted at a lineage tracing back to Reed Richards' father, Nathaniel, through one of Reed's many half-siblings. This detail gained further traction in "What If…?" Vol. 2 #39 (July 1992), where Kang's birth name was disclosed as "Nathaniel Richards," subsequently integrated into Marvel Universe continuity.

The ambiguity around Kang's ancestry persisted in later publications like "Avengers Forever" #9 (August 1999) and "Doctor Doom" #6 (March 2020), presenting conflicting perspectives. The question of Kang's descent, whether from Doctor Doom, Nathaniel Richards, both, or neither, remained an intriguing puzzle. Notably, Kristoff Vernard, Doom's adoptive son and a half-sibling of Reed, added a potential familial link.

In 2021, Kang took the spotlight in a miniseries, peeling back the layers of his character and delving into Marvel's intricate time-twisting narrative. As readers explore Kang's origins, he stands as a captivating and ever-evolving enigma within the Marvel Universe.

As the series unfolds, fans are left speculating whether Sartorius will depict the infamous Kang the Conqueror or Nathaniel Richards before his transformation. The veil of secrecy surrounding "Agatha: Darkhold Diaries" continues to pique curiosity, promising an engaging narrative filled with twists and revelations. Trey Sartorius has also not given much out about his character and i can assume that's because of NDA's. As of now well just have to wait and see to hear more about Trey Sartorius entering the MCU.

Is this an official announcement? Where is the link to the actor joining because nobody else is reporting on this casting. Also, I know a lot of people are speculating Miles Gutierrez-Riley is Hulkling simply because he's playing a high school boyfriend, but I haven't found anything official to his character's name.

@String - Trey a few months back gave hints that he was working on a new project. The hint was towards Agatha Darkhold Daries. He was in Atlanta the time of filming. I asked about his role in the series. His response was 'At this time I have no comment. I can't confirm or deny plus you should know NDA's are roughness' Trey commented. Unless he fully says he's in it we can't really be sure.
