Cant wait for this!!!!!!!!! What makes Daredevil so cool is that he is that he is a broke Batman and he get beaten and bloodied every night. He has little resources. And hes conflicted between upholding & practicing the law and breaking it. His religion also conflicts him. So many dimensions to him that make him great. He is, like DeKnight said, an angrier Batman and one bad day from being Punisher.

i think this show will be amazing. Netflix is giving cbm's and CBTV the freedom to do more with the characters. I'm even expecting a little nudity in this show.

I'm just thinking. Does anyone know if Marvel Studios owns Spidey's live action TV rights? Because Sony gave them the toy deals and the TV rights. Does the TV rights include live action? If so could that mean J Jonah Jameson could be in Daredevil as a cameo along with the Daily Bugle? I mean the show has Ben Urich and he worked for the Bugle.

Also does anyone know what parts of NYC were affected by the Avengers fighting the battle droid aliens? I feel that that should be brought up or revealed by MS since we are gonna have the Defenders in NYC.

Why do people keep saying Agent Carter is good? I havent missed an episode, but i wouldnt put it even above the 2nd season of Agents of Shield (which has only become mildly enjoyable in its second season).

@KingPin Most of the times I've read anything Daredevil related it was in a Spiderman comic, and every time he was lecturing Peter Parker he said the kind of things Batman would say. To me they are very much alike. What I don't get is when people compare Batman to Iron Man. Yes, none of them have powers but that's where the comparison ends. Batman and Daredevil are extremely similar.

@TheLastSonOfEl If your list describes Batman I would remove the heightened senses.

I have to say I am super excited for this series. I think the problem with the Daredevil movie was the script. I thought Ben Affleck other wise was a perfect Matt Murdock/Daredevil.

All jokes and shit aside, I seriously wonder how the TV-MA rating will affect the MCU fans/audience. I mean, those movies only go up to PG-13, TV having previously been a maximum of TV-14, so wouldn't some of the younger fans or families (which I assume is maybe 30% to 50% of the audience) be turned off?

@kingpin- It's Frank Miller. Originally Daredevil was the first "Dark" superhero, from the heroin addicted girl friend, prostitution, abortion, having his whole life destroyed. Threatening to shoot a witness. When Frank went to Batman he brought that dark mentality to Batman.

Only three?? Just kidding. Great video. I don't always 100% dig Mr. Sunday's stuff, but this one I definitely do.

I also agree that there's a small possibility that the show might not be all that great, but I seriously doubt it. It's like he said. We've seen so little of it. Intel on the show has been incredibly scant so it's really hard to make a judgment.

BUT nevertheless I love the character so much that good or bad I'll still watch it.
