Even though Daredevil dosn't air for another week, it has been getting glowing reveiws, and already has fans wondering, "what's in store for Season 2". Well, In a recent interveiw with SciFiNow showrunner Steven DeKnight announced what he has in mind for Season 2, that should have comic fans very happy.


"Looking forward, there are so many stories to tell. The Hand, Elektra, Bullseye… with a 13-episode arc you don’t have to rush it; you can explore. That’s not to say we are going to do Bullseye and Elektra, but it’s on the radar."





Remember that a 2nd season has not yet been announced by Marvel or Netflix, but it is a strong possibility if the glowing reveiws for the 1st Season are anything to go. Daredevil joins Netflix next Friday, Starring Charlie Cox as Daredevil and Vincet D'Onofrio as The Kingpin.

season 3 is in the most cases the worst so it would be a good move to save Electra and Bullseye for third entry.

I am dying to see Echo appear,
She's a pretty bad ass character, Daredevil being a blind character breaks boundaries for disabilities in media and the same can be done for Echo the deaf superheroine

No way to tell when and if we will get a season 2. I was hoping it would be a yearly thing like regular tv.

nah ... give punisher his own show or let him show up in Defenders. I don't think he should be in Daredevil, not in season 2 or 3. Maybe 4.

I saw go Hand as big bad for Season 2. Add Electra and Bullseye. I'd love a 3-episode arc that included the Punisher. Not sure Punisher can roll with his own show within the MCU brand, but as a crazy guest star...

I wonder about the timing of these shows. They're filming Jess Jones now, then Cage later this year, and Iron Fist presumably early 2016. If DD is a hit, they'll want season 2 to launch by April/May of next year, so they'd have to start filming later this year. If Jess Jones is a hit, they'll need to start filming season 2 early next year. So they'd need to have multiple productions running at the same time: DD and Cage filming at the same time, and JJ and Iron Fist filming at the same time. And then when are they gonna do Defenders?

So many questions! What's the plan, Marvel?

If they do Elektra, I hope they ignore the whole "she was my girlfriend in college" aspect. I always thought that was dumb ... an exotic Greek super-deadly femme fatale just happens to attend the same university as a blind radar acrobat?

Nah, I still don't buy that...
