"For All Time. Always." saw Loki wrap up with a major cliffhanger ending as the God of Mischief found himself stranded in another timeline...one ruled over by Kang the Conqueror!
Earlier in the episode, we met "He Who Remains," a Kang the Conqueror Variant who had created the Time Variance Authority in an effort to preserve a single timeline and stop his Variants from battling it out in a Multiversal War. While He Who Remains is an obscure Thor villain from the comic books, this version was more akin to Immortus (as you can see from his costume).
Jonathan Majors did an incredible job bringing Kang to life on screen, but after Sylvie struck down He Who Remains, the Multiverse has been reborn, and his Variants are coming to wage war.
That doesn't bode well for The Avengers, and it seems likely we'll see Majors play lots of different versions of Kang over the next few years, with his "Conqueror" persona almost certainly the MCU's new big bad (Kang once effortlessly destroyed Thanos in the source material, so Earth's Mightiest Heroes are in serious trouble once they eventually cross paths with the villain).
