Old Spice Man's Video Addresses Luke Cage Rumors

As part of his massive response to twitter and youtube posts, Isaiah Mustafa AKA Old Spice Man once again made it known that he wants to play Luke Cage.

Isaiah Mustafa, once again, showed his desire to be Luke Cage AKA Power Man in a short video response to an Internet post comparing Cage to Mustafa's Old Spice Man with Iron Fist in the place of "your man."



The entire video is a love letter to the Marvel Comics community that to anyone else would sound like insane ramblings. He capped the whole thing off saying, "I agree. I would be great for that role. And luckily, I'm for hire," not only explicitly putting out his desire for the role, but also weaving in one last "Heroes for Hire" reference.

He is a very good candidate
for Cage and he's a relative
unknown and that seems to be
what Marvel is shooting for.

Ohk, this guy is AWEsome! hahaha. He would be a great Luke Cage. I love it when actors do stuff like this to get noticed by movie studios. It shows that they are comitted & would be great at that particular role! :)

I confirm everything DDD just said! I also thought Simmons was the best choice, but this guy is winning me over. He certainly has charisma, and that is as important as the muscles. Terry Crews would be my 3rd choice at this point.

p.s. Michael Jai White as Bishop is genius casting ;-)

Please people, even he look awesome for the role is better that never happen. Learn from Jonah Hex, Captain Fury movie. This hero could have a short cameo in the Avenges Movie, but a solo movie??? NO no Noooo, even a tv series sucks!!! The sad part is that this is pathetic pathetic. Good Luck

@ Mass - lol, that is a very good point. Though I doubt Crew's salary can be really up there. I believe this would be his first movie/tv show as the lead.
