Luke Cage has never really been one to wear a superhero costume. Howevere, his debut threads, a yellow blouse-like shirt and tiara comes pretty close. These days, Cage is more likely to be kicking super villain but in jeans, boots and a t-shirt. When Mike Colter was asked whether Cage would wear his original threads in his solo Netflix series, Colter didn't laugh the question off as you might expect. "You know when you see something and you know they're going to do it and you cant believe its real? I'll leave it at that."
That's about as close as you can get to confirmation without actually confirming anything. At some point in the series, expect to see Colter to be wearing the original Luke Cage costume.
Luke Cage will premiere later this year on Netflix.
