So, what a week it's been for casting! For now, it seems as though there couldn't be much else left to be revealed, but who knows? Marvel and DC seem to be having a great back and forth right now. As great as casting news is, there's always the point where people go, "That guy would've done better!" Well, in the case of Luke Cage, most people would be saying that of Terry Crews. Now, the actor who has long been the fan-favourite for the role has taken to WhoSay to congratulate Mike Colter for nabbing(?) the role! He posted; "Congratulations to my man, Mike Colter for being cast as LUKE CAGE! A brilliant actor for one of my favourite superheroes ever! Love him!"
I'm honestly surprised he's being so cheerful about it as he himself has seemed incredibly anxious to get the role! Nevertheless, it's good to see the guy taking it in his stride. What do you think of the possible new casting? Be sure to leave your thoughts in the comments below!
