HEROES REBORN: Zachary Levi Talks About His Role; Noah Gray-Cabey To Return As 'Micah'

'Micah Sanders', the son of D.L. Hawkins and Niki Sanders, is returning the world of Heroes. Believe it or not, that face up there is Noah Gray-Cabey, now nineteen-years-old, and looking considerably older since he was last seen on the show. According to K-Site TV, Gray-Cabey's return was revealed at a Canadian upfronts presentation, ahead of the show's return this fall as Heroes Reborn.

This is one of several reports coming out of the presentation, and the show's official Twitter account has since retweeted the K-Site article to confirm it. It appears the young actor will return for a guest-arc on the show - much like his former co-stars
Sendhil Ramamurthy, Greg Grunberg, and Masi Oka.

According to The TV Junkies, one of the show's newer faces, Zachary Levi was also on hand for the presentation. While there, he briefly touched on his own character 'Luke Collins', who is widely reported to be villain. In line with those reports, Levi appeared to confirm the rumors that Collins would be a significant departure from his bumbling yet lovable protagonist on Chuck.

“He’s doing things for a reason, a reason that he’s convinced is the right thing to do, at least for the time being or whatever... He’s complicated. But I think the complication is what makes it really intriguing. It was the most intriguing thing to me about the character. When I found out who they wanted me to play I was like, ‘Yes. That’s the character I would like to play"

What are your thoughts on Gray-Cabey's return? Micah notably faded out on the original show, only making a single guest appearance in Season 3, having originally been a series regular for the show's first two seasons. And how excited are you to see Zachary Levi play the villain? Be sure to leave your thoughts and theories below!

Heroes was decent for the time period it was out, when we really didn't have many live-action comic book shows.

But now? Just seems like a waste of digital film space.

@DrDoom - Heroes was great for a whole season. But @JamesMann is right. Given the abundance of CB properties on TV at the moment, it will have to be something special now to justify its renewal.

Are we really shocked NBC is doing this? superheroes have exploded in the public consciousness sense they canceled the show. Now it's a potential moneymaker and it's a property entirely owned by NBC which makes it ideal for them.

I'm going to watch. I loved season 1 of Heroes. It was my favorite show at the time. It was in the seasons afterward where it became hard to watch. And this reboot is against Grey's Anatomy which I will watch practically anything else against it. I would rather watch a genre show like this -then have to endure another older skewing procedural, late night soap opera -or another concept show that skews more towards women.

Now will it be successful? I highly doubt it. And that's not based on quality but on the viewership that watch Shonda Rhimes TGIT shows. NBC is clearly just throwing Heroes Reborn as counter-programing to see if the male demographic is big enough against the female-friendly ABC shows.

The networks are trying to bring back the male demo to television -and that's why you are seeing so many male-heavy demo shows returning to television. (Prison Break, The X-Files, Heroes Reborn, 24). That's why ABC is sticking with Marvel's Agents of SHIELD -it is the networks highest rated scripted show for males, 18-49. If shows like this fail -then it's really on us, guys for letting it fail. Personally, I could do more with network shows that appeal to me -then some of the same old crap that keeps getting green-lit each season.

I always thought he was much younger than me, given that I've only seen him in Heroes and My Wife and Kids, well after those series aired, but turns out he's only a couple of months younger than me. It'll be weird seeing him grown up on the show.

I really liked his character & powers in Heroes. I'm glad he's returning. They must have at least a good script in order to justify renewing this series. If they capture the essence of season 1 it will be a good show.

I didn't watch the last 2 seasons of this show. Quit midway through the 3rd and don't remember anything from the 3rd actually. If some one has to watch those crappy seasons of the original series to watch the new series than I can't see it lasting long. Just do a full reboot set in the same universe.

First season was amazing and incredible . . . the finale, so so, then it just kept getting worse and and worse and worse and worse. So what's going to keep this from being a pile of shit?
