They announced yesterday that they are giving five of their most popular films - Logan, Deadpool, Kingsman: The Secret Service, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes - the vinyl treatment. Each copy, which features some pretty dope album cover art, will include a vinyl edition of the film's soundtrack as well as a Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital HD copy of the film.

If you're attending SDCC '17, the albums will be available to purchase in limited quantities at the Fox Fanfare Booth (#4229).

Check out the album covers below:

A nice treat for CBM, Xmen and Fox X Universe fans.
The real treat for Fand though should come in the late fall and early next year when the nominations begin to pour in for another FOX X Universe property.

@IronGenesis - Isn't Sony releasing an updated vinyl player this year as well?

Each and every single one of these covers looks stunning!

But I feel like the Kingsman soundtrack is miles ahead of all the rest.

Question: How do some of you feel about Wolverine's suit in a movie? Would you like to see it? Do you not think it's necessary?

I'd like to hear what you guys think.

That deadpool art is awesome. So is the Logan one, though it doesn't suit the film, looks more for something like Drive. I'm a mad vinyl collector but the soundtrack for these movies were all forgettable. Looking forward to more use of soundtracks instead of scores in the coming years after movies like Guardians of the Galaxy and Baby Driver. Only because there are very few decent scores anymore. What's everyone's favourite movie scores? Or recent ones they've liked?

Ones that jump to mind for me are Shawshank Redemption, V for Vendetta, Shawshank Redemption, Pirates of the Carribean, The Island, It Follows, The Guest, Sinister...

@connorblaze - I've enjoyed Zimmers DC work, also think First Class had a good score.

@eleven59 - actually now you mention it, Gladiator's main theme is almost identical to the one from Pirates of the Carribean. I prefer the Pirates one, but Gladiator came first to my suprise so it wins.
