never felt like my teenage years have been shit on before, I hope everyone just ignores this films' release and existence.

The thing thats annoys me about this flick is the fact piccolos not even green...no one wants an albino piccolo they might as well of made their own character up, also no krillan or tie-en? pfft ill only see it if theres a saiyan twist at the end or a bad ass kamehameha.

there's no gigantic mountains, no flying, and if that was a kamehameha that roshi was doing...good lord. oh yeh, and now youre going to change the most distinguishing feature of one of the main characters? Namekians.are.green.

Whats the point in doing a dragonball film if they aint even gunna follow the source material? Make up your own martial arts graphic novel pastiche and save yourselves the scorn and hatred of fans or better yet do it some justice. Its like studio execs sit there and go

"hey a dragonball film that might go down with audiences"

"well we'd have to treak it, sure the cartoon was successful but im sure if we get in a young american, strip away all the distinguishing features and trademarks and what makes it good away we might have a servicable action flick that will get us a small profit and leave people with bad taste in their mouths"

man you people are too close minded to appreciate just how much this movie IS related to the source material. Fox wanted to make the movie a lot worse, but James Marsters is the one who convinced the producers to make it more related to the original material.

if them making and adaptation movie "ruins your childhood/teenage years" then you REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY need counseling. IT'S JUST A [frick]ING MOVIE!

also, there is going to be flying. apparently you (griffin) haven't looked up enough on this movie

as for piccolo not being green, apparently, you didn't see him in the hood. he looked pretty damn green to me. pale, yes, but what would you expect for him to have been locked up in a jar.

and NO that wasn't the Kamehameha wave Roshi was doing. just a ki blast of some sort, or maybe it was him attempting to recapture Piccolo.

and Fraggot...why the hell are you coming to a thing about Dragonball if you've always hated it??? it makes no sense, also, it's dragonball, not dragonball z, not that you would care anyway.

Akira Toriyama was involved...because he's gonna be mad as [frick] at the premiere.

my main problem with this is the fact that Goku isnt japanese. I can deal with them making piccolo look like a more realistic alien, but come on! a white dude as goku? lame.
