Robot Underdog is creating a Fan Made, Non-Profit, Pilot Episode for a Live-Action Dragon Ball Z Web Series! The storyline will be an adaptation of "The History of Trunks". We plan on bringing the Dragon Ball world to life in a way that's never been attempted before while still staying true to the characters & the story.  All of our Dragon Ball Z content is purely conceptual material made for fans, by fans and it is not for commercial use of any sort. It is our goal to be able to use the pilot episode & all of our materials as a pitch to get the rights for the rest of the web series or potentially larger projects. So please help us out by sharing, commenting & liking!  The more support we have, the more likely we are to be picked up.  We want to keep making DBZ content & with your guys' help it's possible!

Im obsessed with the series, but DragonBall Z is the hardest series ever to adapt. It would probably be best to start off on the Red Ribbion saga if you were to do it right

Just skimming through comments of hundreds of fans you'll have a hard time finding a negative one. Here's a few for you:

18 and 17 look great... like seriously. they dont looks cheesy or anything at all. well done on that. trunks seems really annoying but whatever. i can get over it.

really weird why they aint getting on DBZ now with all the comic movies happening. MOS fights were ripped right outta DBZ lol.

i wish they didnt start from the androids. it would have been so much better if they started at the saiyan saga. goku vs vegeta live action would be a sight to behold. if only...

for low budget looks impressive.

@robotunderdog It's a little ostentatious to bill your own video as "Rocking the Internet" but at the same time I respect your hustle. Given the limited budget I imagine you all had for this it's fairly impressive despite what the armchair film makers of the internets would tell you. And that 2 minutes was better than the entire Dragonball movie from a few years ago.
