ANT-MAN AND THE WASP Adds BLACK MIRROR Actress Hannah John-Kamen In A Key Mystery Role

The first new cast member for Marvel's Ant-Man sequel has been revealed, and it's Black Mirror actress Hannah John-Kamen. We don't know who she'll be playing, but it is said to be a "key role"...

According to Variety, Hannah John-Kamen (Black Mirror, Game of Thrones, Killjoys) will join Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly and co. in Marvel's Ant-Man and The Wasp. Though her character is being kept under wraps for the time being, the trade does specify that it's a key role.

Apparently, Marvel had been meeting with actresses for this part for months before finally being "won over" by the 27-year-old Brit. Any ideas who she might be playing? Time to get those speculation hats on!

Peyton Reed returns to helm Ant-Man and The Wasp from a script by Gabriel Ferrari. The movie is set for release on July 6, 2018.

Rita Demara, the Yellowjacket.
I'm more curious if we'll see TI and Peña become Whirlwind and Tarantula.

Welcome aboard!

Casting around now makes sense since they have to meet up a July 2018 release and the only way to do that is by starting shooting next month. Basically the same schedule as when they began with Ant-Man 1 in July of 2014.

I'm interested to see how they address him being a federal fugitive. The Pyms and his daughter would be under 24/7 surveillance.
