ANT-MAN AND THE WASP's Ghost Actress Hopes To Reprise Role In A THUNDERBOLTS Movie

It sounds like Hannah John-Kamen is banking on having a future in the Marvel Cinematic Universe after Ant-Man and The Wasp because the actress hopes to reprise the role in a Thunderbolts movie...

A few years ago, Marvel launched a new Thunderbolts series made up of a number of unexpected characters, including Ghost. The villain will, of course, appear in Ant-Man and The Wasp but actress Hanna John-Kamen is already looking ahead to the future and hopes to see her version of the character make an appearance in that ensemble should it ever become a priority for Marvel Studios one day.

"With any Marvel character whatever happens to them, you always go the possibility is endless," she said, explaining that she bought a huge number of Thunderbolts comics to prepare and would love to star in that. "And with me it would be an honor to work with any of the heroes and any of the antagonist, and any of the things in the Marvel Universe. I mean, yeah, that would be amazing!?"

James Gunn has previously said that he would like to direct a Thunderbolts movie and while Suicide Squad seemingly soured moviegoers on villain-led comic book movies, a film like this has an awful lot of potential. What do you guys think? Would you like to see Ghost return alongside a host of other baddies in Thunderbolts? As always, be sure to let us know your thoughts in the usual place.

Thunderbolts, you say?! Sign her up!

That's Ghost, Zemo, Abomination, and Hammer, easily. A post-Daredevil Season 3 Bullseye or Elektra wouldn't go amiss, perhaps.

Any other established villains kicking around that could make the cut? I'm temped to just throw Korg and Meik in there. They'd be a blast and just oblivious enough not to realize they're surrounded by bad guys.

I forgot about Vulture. With Hammer being the Fixer analogue and Vulture being the Beetle (though, if you're asking me, I think there's plenty of room to introduce a Beetle, instead). But assuming you can't put Vulture up against Spidey again, at least not so soon, then Keaton on the Thunderbolts could work just fine.

@Spock0Clock - Vulture.
Introduce a few villains as well like the marvel radioactive man, and the enchantres

Maybe the leader or ultron as a puppet master.

@Spock0Clock - Also I would avoid suicide squad comparisons by having the villains brought together by a bigger villain wanting something stolen stopped, or have them brought togethor through the power of money!!

Ending hinting they become the masters of evil.

Damn right, and zemo as the leader.

@CoolCipher - The leader or the Leader?

@Prime8 - The leader is the dangerous fugitive to be captured, after escaping from a secret laboratory of Thunderbolt Ross. In addition, the movie may include Red Hulk.

Bucky Barnes as the leader and then Zemo, Ghost, Abomination, and add some new member like Joystick and Moonstone

I wouldn't let DC's failures (suicide squad) stop me from being incredibly interested in a Thunderbolts film.

If Tim Miller directs an MCU movie, the movie is Thunderbolts.

And bring back some of the old MCU villains. I am all down for a villain-lead marvel movie

So now we know that she definitely doesn't die (which is not an uncommon thing in the MCU). I wonder if Feige is okay with her openly talking about this already?

I'd love a good Thunderbolts movie and it makes perfect sense for General/Secretary Thaddeus 'Thunderbolt' Ross to be the one to start the whole thing. He wants an Avengers team he can control with the accords so he uses a bunch of captured villains (and maybe dresses them up to disguise them as heroes?) considering he's in charge of the Raft. He could take on the Osborn role in an eventual Dark Reign phase in the MCU.

It's kinda funny that she bought a bunch of comics to prepare for it. In the comics, at least for the past couple decades or so at least, hasn't Ghost been like some super-stinky, creepy, waif of a dude with some major hygiene problems?
