GOD OF WAR Art Director Designs An Amazing Version Of What Nova Could Look Like In The MCU
God of War art director Raf Grassetti has shared his unofficial MCU designs for Nova and Marvel Studios would be smart to a) give him a job, & b) take the hero down this path. Hit the jump to take a look!
We still don't know if, when, or where Nova will debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe but here's hoping he looks as cool as this when he does! Raf Grassetti doesn't work for Marvel Studios but he is the art director for God of War at Sony Santa Monica and no stranger to designing incredible characters and creatures which leave a lasting impact.
Now, he's taken to social media to share his take on Nova and it's seriously awesome.
There are a lot of MCU influences here and it's easy to imagine the character looking like this on the big screen. This Nova would look fantastic standing side by side with Captain Marvel and Star-Lord.
Following the events of Avengers: Infinity War and the decimation of the Nova Corps at the hands of Thanos, Marvel Studios now has a storyline reason to introduce Richard Rider (James Gunn has made it clear he's not a fan of the hero but since he was fired by Disney, Kevin Feige may now reconsider).
