Avengers: Infinity War concept art not only reveals what the villainous Mad Titan would have looked like had the movie delved into his past, but also as a teenager on Titan as the planet fell into disarray and ultimately ruin.
It's been reported that the movie was going to explore what it meant for Thanos to be an outcast due to his deformed appearance. Then, we would have seen him as a teenager/young man trying to appeal to his fellow Titans by convincing them to cull half the planet's population, something they would have swiftly rejected.
