AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Blu-ray Special Features And Deleted Scenes Reportedly Revealed

If you were expecting a lot from the Avengers: Infinity War Blu-ray beyond the amazing film, think again! As you can see below, a very early idea of the content which will be on the disc has been revealed and, well, it's a tad underwhelming! There are the standard gag reel and featurettes (which will probably be good for behind the scenes footage) along with only six minutes of deleted scenes.

None of them
sound particularly exciting and with various outlets debunking reports of a "Thanos Cut" featuring thirty minutes of additional footage revolving around the Mad Titan's backstory, it seems this may be all we're getting. One will clearly revolve around Happy Hogan, though, so that will be fun.

This intel is based on an international leak and it's probably best not to jump to assumptions until we get an official press release. For now, though, fans are unlikely to be overly excited about what's revealed here as we all probably expected a whole lot more! What do you guys think about the Avengers: Infinity War special features and deleted scenes? Share your thoughts in the usual place.

I’m willing to bet most deleted scenes are saved for the phase 3 boxset

Love both Bianchi and Fabok, great artists.

@Doomsday8888 - Yeah, ignore that side of the first panel, it's the only one of baby Thanos I could find, and it was attached to a Darkseid's.

No Thanos backstory, no first look at Eternals, instead we get a deleted scene featuring Honky Hogan.

Kind of disappointing. I expected near HOURS of bonus footsge considering how massive this film is. 10 years in the making.

@BlackBeltJones - That's what I thought. Plus, Thanos' backstory would be complete CGI. I don't think they would do 30mins of expensive CGI for the floor for a already massively expensive movie.
That would've cost two digit millions.

The "Thanos-cut" is as real as the "Snyder-cut", imho.

Will this include some kind of director's or writer's commentary? I usually dig those.

I had a feeling they were gonna hold for a double dip with A4 and the triple dip with the Phase 3 box set.

Still, gonna be sweet to see this in 4K.

I was hoping to see this at the theater instead of on my tv. Not looking good. At least I can see some bonus footage I guess.

I want an Aunt May one-shot going about her life but worrying where her nephew is.

Like how she distracts herself from the fact that her only family is off somewhere risking his life to save the universe. That would be emotional as [frick].

@TheManWithoutFear - Nah this is the new MCU hot Aunt May. Distractions would be more vibratory fantasies and what she does in her alone time when she finally has the house to herself. :D

With Alt-J playing in the background? Or Stevie Wonder. No wait, Icky Thump by White Stripes. Yes that's more MCU Aunt May.
