Avengers: Secret Wars - Top 10 Crazy Variants I Want To See In Upcoming Avengers Sequel

This time I came with a fun and crazy list of variants, some expected and some of them unusual) that I'd like to see interacting with the Earth Mightiest Heroes in the upcoming Avenger Secret Wars film.

For this list I'm not counting the appearance of Tobey, Andrew, Jackman, McAvoy and Fassbender on the roles of Raimi’s Spider-man, Webb’s Spiderman, Wolverine, Xavier and Magneto respectively because I strongly believe they'll have already a role in this sequel. Whatever the case I'd love to see them interacting with the rest of the avengers in the upcoming Avenger Sequel.

10. Miles Teller as The Maker/Reed Richard

Yes, I know we all want to forget that awful adaptation of the fantastic family, but in this case, it'd be a great opportunity to use that collective hate in favor of a much hatefull character as ultimate Reed Richard, A.K.A “The Maker”. Milles Teller is a talented actor, and this could be his opportunity to redeem himself from the comic book community. After all he played a role in the 2015's secret wars event.

9. Clark Gregg as Vision?

As crazy as it sounds, back in 2012 after the massive success of The Avengers, there were a lot of rumors and speculations about the future team members' appearances, this was the case of vision, the rumor said that after Coulson's dead at the hand of Loki, the avengers took this body to create the android vision. This came out before Agents of SHIELD and as much we enjoy his journey after his dead, we could see him one more time in with a different approach. I'm not saying that Marvel should replace Paul's Vision (wich i love since age of ultron), only introduce him as a funny "what if"'s cameo.

8. Vin Diesel as Thor/Groot

In 2015's Secret Wars, Marvel showed an impressive team of Thors that served as the police force under the command of God Emperor Doom. this opens and excellent opportunity to show not only other variants of Hemsworth’s Odinson, but a lot of powerful variants of the mighty god of thunder like Jane Foster, Beta Bill Ray or Eric Masterson, one of this must be Groot. After all, we already saw an easter egg in Infinity War with Groot holding Stormbreaker. And this leads to the next pick on the list....

7. Halle Berry as Thor/Ororo Munroe

Another perfect example is Storm/Oroo Munroe Thor. With all its ups and downs, we all loved the memorable X-men original saga (not you Last Stand), and what better opportunity to one last sneak and nostalgic appearance of Hally's Storm?. The last time we saw her was in the small part in Days of future Past, and although she was the first mutant to bit the dust against the Sentinels in the alternate future, Hally’s Storm have proof each time to be a powerful opponent with leadership skills, so we could see her taking the next step with a Thor team by her side as a lieutenant maybe?  who knows, but if there are more all school mutants on board, I’m in.

6. Randall Park as The Beetle

Ok, this is another "What if" crazy idea, in this case I'm suggesting this minor character as an amalgam of Antman size conversion power with iron man's armor tech style with the silly sense of humor of Randall Performance, this could be an opportunity for Marvel to give Randall a shot to explore another interesting (and funny) approach of agent Woo.

5. Mark Ruffalo as Maestro

Remember the time when Hulk was the most powerful and terrifying being of marvel, before going down slowly until the funny and goofy Smart Hulk’s persona that we saw lately on she-hulk, I think it’s time to give the green goliath a new story arc it Marvel want to tell new adventures involving Hulk (hopefully World War Hulks?), and a interesting approach could be a glimpse of the dangerous version Hulk could be with Maestro, maybe they could introduce the character to inspire fear to Bruce to realize that he could do all kind of atrocities to rule the world in the future, making him struggling with his hulk persona one more time.

4. Tom Cruise as Invincible Iron Man...with Robert’s Iron Man too

We remember this rumor circling around form months before Madness of Multiverse came out, and whatever you like it or not, it’s not a secret that Dr Strange sequel miss out a lot of opportunities to play with the multiverse theme in that picture, one of those where the Tom Cruise cameo as Tony Stark variant. Now Marvel has a second change to amend those mistakes to include not only a cameo, but maybe a scene between Tom’s Tony and maybe Robert’s Tony? The don’t even have to engage combat, only start talking and challenge themself to see how has the greatets mind (and ego), whatever the case That's definitely will be a “shut up and take my money” meme trending for future months.

3. Chris Evans as Hydra Cap...with Quantum Travel Steve sticking around

“Hail Hydra” We all remember the first time we saw those infamous words coming from the stars and stripes’ hero back in 2014. On the crazy intent of making an unexpecting story twist concluding on secret empire story arc, leave us with an unusual avenger variant that Marvel could explore with a small cameo confronting the current heroes roaster, Avengers Endgame already gave us a small and funny reference about this personification in the elevator scene, and with de cap vs cap fight scene, but this time we could get a new combat sequence including Sam’s Captain, Bucky  (and Steve Quantum Travel Captain America maybe?) against Hydra Cap.

2. Gal Gadot as Zarda

For decades, Marvel and DC took “inspiration” from each other to create new interesting characters, in an intent to replicate the popular justice league, Marvel created the Supreme Squadron, formed by character like nighthawk, doctor spectrum, and Zarda among others. DCEU is dead, and there is no reason for Marvel to take advantage of that. After recent news of DCU Reboot, it would be hilarious to incorporate some of the most famous actors such as Gal Gadot, playing a role similar to WW as a joke from Marvel to DC.

1. Hyperion by Henry Cavill

And last but not least, after months of rumors about introducing the character in Loki season 2, this will be the ultimate slap on the face for DC previous Administration after wasting the first superhero introduced into the Snyderverse back in 2013, for almost a decade. This could be a perfect opportunity to see the full potential of a super being on the big screen, and a good challenge to face the earth’s mightiest heroes, maybe as a Kang's ally?.

Let me know in the comments which crazy variants you'd like to see in Avengers:Secret Wars. See you around.
