Yesterday I reported on the press conference scheduled for Harvey Dent, where we assumed he would make a public statement, denying statements made by the "Concerned Citizens for a Better Gotham."
However the press release was soon hijacked by Gotham Police Sergeant Francis Notaro who took a woman hostage.
Harvey Dent eventually went in, negotiated her release, and came out with Notaro.
