WhySoSerious.com has been only one of the viral campaigns launched by WB for the Dark Knight. From what I can gather, prior to the work that has been done, there was a blank page with only the following note from The Joker posted down the bottom.

Ready to do what you're told?
First, don't start before daylight. With a police force this corrupt, it's not safe to be out at night, and anyway, you won't be able to see the things you want to find.
Follow all of my directions to the letter and send photos of what you find.
I'll make it worth your while, I promise -- for what that's worth...
However, I’m looking at a page with a message nearly all spelt out, however you can read what it will say.
The only sensible way to live in this world is without rules.
The fun has been to get out in to 21 cities in the US with your camera, and follow the correct directions for that city. For example, one of the last ones remaining reads as following;
Albuquerque
On San Felipe between Church and Cherlevoix, go to the sign post for Patio Escondido. Follow the path to the back to find a chapel. To the right of the door you will find your prize.
You can then upload your photo, along with your name and email address. Each photo will be a photo of the corresponding letter, which is going to make up the full ‘ransom-note-style’ message on the page.
Lastly, from what I can see, it looks as if behind the note being constructed is a photo that is appearing. We’ll keep you updated with what happens, or even better, go check it out. Link below.

For those keeping score, Albuquerque finally got their act together, and got the final letter done. What has now been revealed is this photo.
