This Batman needs a villain that is physically challenging. It seems like any villain that is not that, will be an easy take down for him. Deathstroke IMO brings that physical challenge that this Batman needs.

@sKeemAn - Superman was pretty physically challenging... I dunno, the last Batman film (TDKR) saw him go up against a physical challenge and that warehouse fight scene in BvS shows that he's pretty much indestructible. I think I'd rather see a film where his muscle isn't gonna get him anywhere and he needs to actually think

@Doom303 - I actually think Deathstroke will give him the mental challenge as well. He's will not be an easy villain.

If they're going to have Deathstroke, I would want him to be a secondary antagonist. After beating Superman, I can't imagine Deathstroke being a real challenge. Someone like Riddler who could challenge him mentally would be better.

@Valdez - It's a different sort of physical challenge. Superman is brute strength and shit. Beating Deathstroke requires a lot of tactical planning. Sure, Bats had to plan to take down Superman, but that was to weaken him. Superman is not a tactical fighter (at least in this universe).

@minimal - That is true. Still, I would rather have another Batman villain like Riddler along with Deathstroke, because I think that so many Batman villains deserve to be in the movies that haven't been in one yet, or at least haven't been in a good one.

@Doom303 - I'm not sure who mentioned it, but I stole it from another user who had the idea of Freeze. It was on the fan art poster for Deathstroke.

@Doom303 - @ComicsBornAndBred was the genius behind Freeze.
