Should BATMAN be Kryptonite laden or heavily armored in MAN OF STEEL 2?

Based on rumors, MAN OF STEEL 2 will in fact feature battles between Batman and Superman. How would you rather see Batman fight Superman?

Personally, I think Kryptonite will be introduced in this movie since Lex Luthor seems to be the main villain, but I'm not sure how they could make it seem feasible that Batman would have enough kryptonite to make weapons out of it.  I'd love to see them give the nod to the Dark Knight Returns and give Batman a heavy suit of armor that gives him superhuman level physical feats (that way the two could actually duke it out) but some viewers might be put off by the fact that a suit of armor makes Batman at Superman's level physically.  Your thoughts?

This gonna sound ridiculous but why not have batman a type of gas that's like a substitute for kryptonite? It would be similar to the atmospheric weakness clark had in Mos

I'm fine with Batman being heavily armored. I'm just unsure if Kryptonite exists in this universe but if it is to be used then i think it should be used in only one battle against Superman but at the same time i would love to see Batman use his cranium against Superman.

What i want from Batman vs Superman is for Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman to team up and work together for the majority of the film.

Why not a heavily armored kryptonite powered suit?

Neither.
And definitely no stupid, out-of-context TDKReturns quotes.
How about Batman being a detective in this movie? You know, what he's supposed to be good at.

If Superman was first weakened by someone like Parasite and it was night Batman could get hold of Zod's armour for the fight

@BabyBaboons
Now there's an idea!

How bout this, Batman gets to Zod's Armor before Lex does, and uses it to create his armored suit. And Lex uses his power and money to get a hold of Zod's body, experiments on it to find a weakness and creates kryptonite. The ideas are flowing.

One ring will not do it because despite that picture of Batman punching Superman, when you look at what was really going on with that fight, Batman would have lost even with the ring.

Its going to end in a standstill, just like in The Avengers. They will stop fighting after they realize that they're on the same side. Once that happens, they will focus their efforts on taking down Lex.

When they do fight, hopefully Bats uses this suit.

Personally, I'd have a hard time seeing a suit of armour put someone on the same level as Superman. I know, it has happened in the comics, but that doesn't necessarily make it a good idea for a movie. The biggest problem with this is that if its possible to manufacture such a suit, why wouldn't someone like, say . . . Lex Luthor just produce a few dozen of them, put them on some trained martial artists and let them turn Superman into a fine paste? If they can make one suit that can turn one human into Superman's equal, there is no reason they can't produce more than one suit. And that takes something important and special away from both the universe, and the character.

I'd much rather see a fight where Batman spends most of his time hiding, evading his opponent, and using trickery and guile. I don't think its likely for Bats to win any kind of serious victory, but some kind of pyrrhic victory, or even merely managing to escape the man of steel unscathed. At which point he could analyze video footage of him, or a DNA sample, and do some actual detective work to come up with another method of making things more even-grounded.
Essentially, he should prove a match for Superman because of his stealth, creative thinking, and unreasonably sharp intellect. Not because 'lol, armour'.
That would be cheap, and nothing at all like the best spirit of the character.

They are going to do the same thing that Marvel did with Thor and use Superman as a punching bag . They will say how can we make Batman a badass , I know lets have him beat the crap out of Superman . Next up how can we make Wonder Woman a badass well here is another beating for Superman . just watch because he is like Thor indestructible he will take all the beatings .

Personally i disagree with the way kryptonite should be introduced in this universe.

I think it should be brought here by brainiac (Mechanical one) during an invasion (which would probably best be for a JL movie)

If Batman wants to have a suit that can help him fight superman, it should be the Batman Beyond suit, which he has used when he got older.

Batman Beyond suit gives him a boatload of protection, Increases strength by 10 times, has more agility, and can fly.

I thought Snyder said no kryptonite and I would prefer that, leave his weakness as red sun in this one.

I just don't want to see an over use of it. If Metallo is in the film He'll have it and if it exists like that both Batman and Lex aren't dumb enough to go with out it. I would hate to see Superman get beat up by three different people all because of kryptonite.

Its gotta be Kryptonite that Batman uses. In the Dark Knight Returns I always thought it was stupid to consider that Batman could make a suit powerful enough to stand up to Superman. Especially considering thay we saw Superman take a Nuke to the face that didn't finish him. If a nuclear bomb couldn't finish Supes then hiw in earth could Batman make any kind of suit that would hold up against Superman?

Now I know that Superman basically let Batman beat him at the end, but still, the idea of a manmade shit defeating Superman without the use of kryptinite is ridiculous.

I'd prefer Batman having Kryptonite rather than a suit of armore. If Batman was to be on Supes' level simply with a suit of armor, it would kind of undermine the efforts to make Superman seem like an indestructible powerhouse made in the first movie.

"You have to be an alien from Krypton to have that kind of strenght. Or just a buttload of money LOLOLOLOLOLOLO"

I think if Batman really is the greatest detective ever, he could find a way to get his hands on some Kryptonite (even more if Lex is in the movie and they cut a deal together)
