Pic calls for the Hannibal character to team closely with a female vampire hunter. Studio is circling Ashley Scott, who starred in the series "Birds of Prey" and recently wrapped the "Walking Tall" remake. Pairing could lead to a spinoff film.
"Blade 3" is being produced by Lynn Harris, Peter Frankfurt, Wesley Snipes and Goyer, the latter of whom also wrote the script. Execs Toby Emmerich and Cale Boyter are steering the pic.
