I thought she was in a wheel chair. I am suprised they have wheel chair access to rooftops in Gotham city. I hope she teams up with Christopher Reeves. Yeah. Keep on rollin.

I really, really loved Oracle. I liked how the character grew from being Batgirl to being Oracle. This seems like a huge step back for me... :/

I second that, Marto. Barbara was definitely a more powerful character as Oracle.

I think its crazy that they got rid of their only handicapped hero especially with all the praise they have gotten from the handicapped community over the years for Oracle. Although I have thought that it was crazy that she lived in such a technological universe and she has access to a lot of knowledge being Oracle that she would still be in a wheelchair.

@marvel72 I do agree that the Killing Joke is one of the greatest Batman stories ever told and some of it is considered cannon to be fair it was never intended to be and it may not be the authentic telling of the Joker's origin. I just have always thought it was crazy that you have Batman with a 199 IQ and he is a genius in Bio-Chemistry and you have other geniuses like Mr Terrific and Barbara who is a genius herself and they can invent all this crazy stuff but the 3 of them together can not come up with a way to make her walk.

So they just erased all those years of history? No more Cassandra Cain? Cassie was the best Batgirl in history. Period. I love Babs as a character, don't get me wrong. She's always been my favorite Batgirl, but they just erased all that history? We never even got to see where they were taking Steph. They make her Batgirl just to pull it out from under her feet? Way to pull a Jay Leno DC. And if Babs is Batgirl what's to become of Dick, Jason, and Tim? You know what... f*ck this reboot. I'm sick of this crap.
