DC: Rebirth is in full swing, and now DC has released more character designs, this time spotlighting the characters from "Titans: Rebirth," including Wally West, Donna Troy, Nightwing, Arsenal, Omen, and Tempest. An interesting note is that Wally West is labelled as "Wally West Flash". This seems to indicate that the character will transition back to his mantle of "The Flash", whereas the title of "Kid Flash" will probably be reserved for his cousin of the same name. "Titans: Rebirth #1" releases June 15.

I get what they're going for with Roy's hat but it just doesn't work. Other than that, they're all pretty good, glad Nightwing has the blue logo and stripes again.

Brett Booth is a shitty artist. Honestly.
I don't really mind redesigns but his are uninspired and honestly look yucky. Plus he draws faces like someone stuck a Jim Lee sculpted figure into a microwave.

@Mankzin2 - He'll always be the real Flash to me too, because of Mark Waid, but DC has been doing everything they can to destroy him and make Barry Flash instead.

@Mankzin2 and @BlackIceJoe - You guys have a mentality that defies logic! Wally is one of many Flashes! Perceiving him as being a better Flash than Barry disrespects the entire reason that Wally took up the mantle in the first place!

This kind of talk always irks me; not only did Wally inherit Barry's costume, he usurped his rogue's gallery as well! Wally was never meant to REPLACE Barry! On the contrary, he wanted to keep his memory alive!

You guys realize that Barry adopted the identity of the Flash to pay respect to his childhood idol Jay Garrick, right? Why can't you see that Wally wanted to do the same for Barry? It's a tradition, not a rivalry!

@JonF - l see nothing wrong with Wally being my favorite, just like l see nothing wrong with Barry being yours. We all have a different opinion and that is okay.

I also thought Barry in the past was great, but after Flash: Rebirth when DC decided he needed his mother killed off he became less interesting to me, because he became a cliche. I personally liked him more when his mother wasn't killed off when he was a kid.

As for why l think Wally is better he had a wife and kids so seeing how he juggled be a family man and superhero was fun to watch, then see him even surpass Barry in the role of Flash. Plus l enjoyed reading about his personality more too.

But like l said I see no reason why we can't agree to disagree on who was the best Flash. Because everyone is different we'd all have a different viewpoint and it would be less interesting if we all shared the same view.
