Those who had the chance to see, or at least read a description of the Trailer for Marvel's much anticipated THOR film, at the San Diego Comic-Con, got a glimpse of an epic battle between the the brother of Asgard; The hammer wielding Thor, Chris Hemsworth, & Spear steering Loki, Tom Hiddleston.

Hiddleston, British, speaks with Fandango from the SDCC floor, on what makes Loki a villain, and the fighting style of the trickster. Plus confirms that the spear he wields in the footage, is the enchanted weapon of Odin, more powerful than the mighty hammer of Thor. Check out the video interview below.



Currently in post-production, Kenneth Branagh’s epic tale of THOR, stars Anthony Hopkins (Odin), Natalie Portman (Jane Foster), Tom Huddleston (Loki), Ray Stevenson (Volstagg), Kat Dennings (Darcy Lewis), Rene Russo (Frigga), Jaimie Alexander (Sif), Stellan Skarsgard, all led by the star Chris Hemsworth.

Marvel’s adaptation of the Norse legend storms into theaters May 6, 2011.

Tom Hiddleston, like Strong and Reynolds in GL, sounds really invested in his character and his motivations. The interview with MTV was just fantastic too.

In the Thor trailer there is an awesome scene where we get to see Thor fight loki (who has the odin spear thingy). Totally awesome. :)

He looks, and sounds, perfect. He fits Loki to a T in the mind of this old-school fanboy.

Also, I don't think there is a trailer available yet. The trailer at CC was in 3D which is hard/impossible to capture correctly, which I why we only have the audio thus far.

They got the perfect Thor and Loki. He's gonna be fantastic :) I can't even imagine him playing Thor though... I don't know what Branagh was thinking there...

Yep THAT'S Loki, no doubt about it.

I was not high on this film after Thor's costume was first shown..But after seeing the interviews and info coming out of Comic Con i'm a little more high on the film than I was...this could turn out to be really something.

They showed us the trailer footage twice at the panel. Seriously it makes both iron man movies look stupid. The destroyer armor starts kicking the shit out of coulson and his shield boys at the end. They mistake it for a Tony stark armor in the trailer as well.
