The Merc With The Mouth FINALLY Joins The X-Men In Cool New DEADPOOL 2 Image
A new official image from Deadpool 2 has been released featuring the Merc with the Mouth attempting to play the hero as he's joined by Colossus and Negasonic Teenage Warhead. Hit the jump to take a look!
While we initially heard that the Deadpool sequel wouldn't go too much bigger than the first instalment, it's now become clear that the movie is going to boast a huge roster of mutants and plenty of impressive action scenes. However, it doesn't look like the X-Men will be showing up because it seems the focus is going to remain on Colossus and Negasonic as opposed to any other big names.
They can be seen alongside Wade Wilson in the new still below as the Merc with the Mouth joins the team in order to try and help the mystery character being played by Julian Dennison. It's widely thought that he's Goldballs and it looks like the DMC wants to take this kid down (as will Cable).
With X-Force set to play a key role in Deadpool 2, it's unclear what the future holds in store for that team, especially as that Disney/Fox deal is expected to be completed by next summer. What do you guys think of this new still? As always, be sure to let us know your thoughts in the usual place.
