This New DOCTOR STRANGE Deleted Scene Once Again Focuses On Mads Mikkelsen's Murderous Kaecilius

There seems to be a bit of a pattern emerging with the scenes that were cut from the theatrical release of Marvel's Doctor Strange! Click on to see the villainous Kaecilius confront a Catholic priest...

Yesterday's deleted scene from the upcoming Doctor Strange Blu-ray saw Kaecilius taking out one of his own Zealots, and in this second excised sequence the villain is at it again.

Though the scene cuts out before he lands the killing strike, we do see Mads Mikkelsen's divisive bad guy confront a priest in his church and join him in a bit of scripture quoting. Then, to prove that an afterlife is "a contradiction", he prepares to kill the poor old sod.

Odds on the next deleted scene also featuring Kaecilius indulging in a spot of murder?

Doctor Strange arrives on Digital HD/3D and Disney Movies Anywhere on Feb. 14, and then hits Blu-ray 3D, Blu-ray, Digital SD, DVD, and VOD Feb. 28.

I really like, Mads. I don't think he gets he roles he deserves. Everyone see's him as a bad guy.

Mads Mikkelsen is wasted by EVERYONE though. He hasn't had a substantial blockbuster role where his talents are best used since Casino Royale and even that role was lowkey.

Hannibal, The Hunt and Valhalla Rising is where he has shined best in his career.

This scene doesn't seem that essential to the plot, but it helps expand the character a bit. I loved DS, but I kind of wish it had like twenty more minutes to expand on Mordo, Kaecillius, and Stephen Strange.

@Valdez - So true, it would have been much better as a longer movie.

@SSJ2VEGETA - Yeah, I did really like the movie, but lots of the characters were underdeveloped.

Whats worst in your guys opinion, the way Marvel sometimes gets big name actors for villain roles and wastes them or how DC just creates abysmal, shitty villains, in the case of Lex and Enchantress as of late?

*I like Zod in MOS.

@ComicsBornAndBred - DC have development issues, but they can fix them. Marvel, in the other hand, doesn't have any problem, they do it on purpose for some weird reason.
