Fandango has released their 2021 Fall Movie Preview, offering up fresh looks at some of this season's biggest releases, including a pair of hotly-awaited superhero blockbusters: Sony/Marvel's Venom: Let There Be Carnage (October 1) and Marvel Studios' Eternals (November 5).

We also get fresh shots from Paul Schrader's The Card Counter (September 10) starring Oscar Isaac, MGM's The Addams Family 2 (October 1), Warner Bros.' The Many Saints of Newark (October 1), MGM's No Time to Die (October 8), Universal's Halloween Kills (October 15), 20th Century Studios' The Last Duel (October 15) starring Matt Damon, Warner Bros./Legendary's Dune, Edgar Wright's Last Night in Soho (October 29), Scott Cooper's Antlers (October 29), Sony's Ghostbusters: Afterlife (November 19), Disney's Encanto (November 24), Warner Bros.' King Richard (November 24), and Sony's Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City (November 24).

Unsurprisingly, there's nothing from any December releases, so we'll have to wait a few more months before we get another look at either Spider-Man: No Way Home (December 17) and The Matrix: Resurrections (December 22), which are both undeniably the two biggest films left on the 2021 release calendar.

I feel like Venom 2 looks good at times and also bad. Like the image is a little too goofy for my liking when it comes to Venom. Growing up I always thought Venom was like Spawn but with more inner dialogue, never really looked at him as a goofball character.

Eternals, James Bond, Dune, Ghostbusters, The French Dispatch and even Resident Evil are the movies I probably look forward most too.

Why didn't they put them in order of release date though (luckily they are in the article)? Four posts, four months. That would make perfect sense right?

Eternals still looks like a turd. Bad story and characters no one cares about, that’s why they had to spend half the budget on the cast.

But I’m excited for Dune, Halloween, Ghostbusters, Bond, and even Resident Evil and Venom (which also looks bad but at least it’s self aware)

@RichardGrayson - Five bucks says you eat your words about The Eternals.

@Juggernaut2021 - I read the entire plot leak. Sounds like dogshit. Really boring and adds nothing to the genre.

I’m very excited for what’s left this year. We still have

-Venom: Let There be Carnage (looks bad but still it’s something)
-Halloween Kills
-Last Night in SoHo
-No Time To Die
-Eternals
-Spiderman: No Way Home
-The Matrix: Resurrections

We’ve waited long enough for a good movie season. Obviously Covid is very much still a thing so I wouldn’t fault anyone for not being ready to go to a theater but at least things are coming out

Good. We're getting more promos for the upcoming James bond film "I just can't make room in my schedule to die".
