I tried to avoid casting Charlie Hunman yeah he is my alt but I wanted an original pick , i ended up picking Garrett Helhund who fits well with the current DCEU Cast members ( i have always seen Oliver close to Diana and Clark's ages ) , Garett is also versatile from Troy , Four Brothers , tron to Pan , he had played spoiled boys and his role in Four Brothers won't go either playing the youngest Brother who is seeking for Revenge which would totally be great for playing Oliver and Garett had done some physical work what needs all now is more training in archery
Black Canary/Dinah Lance
I had Natalie Dormer but Changed my mind i have found an unique pick which is also an original choice : Claire Holt who played actually the badass vampire Rebekah and as a fan of that Tv show i am willing to give her a shot , she had the emontional range , she was a tough and badass anti hero ( which would be perfect for playing a criminal turned good ) , she has also a feminine side and her roles in Aquarius and pretty little liars won't go either , in Aquarius she played a cop who seeks for justice and law which would be perfect for ^playing a crime fighter and in PLL she had shown some dramatic chops and has also the comedy chops in real life she is very funny and also in interviews and she is not stranger of wearing clothes like balck canary and like the character Claire is skilled with Martial Arts ( having a black belt in Taekwon do ) which would be perfect for Black Canary and doing her own fighting scenes actually she did show some in The originals , she has also a perfect , overlooked body due to her athelitic backgroud
Roy Harper/Arsenal
Roy is around Nightwing age ( early to mid 20s ) because they founded the titans together , Douglas Booth is a great actor and he is very versatile playing in Noah as an angry son and in Jupiter Ascending he played a manipulative villian those movies had shown that Douglas can play the the Complicated , heroic but Dorky Arsenal his ability to perform drama , emontions and action is great , he had even weapons training from Pride , predjustice and Zombies , Douglas Booth can Bring the dark past and the rough side of the character , he is even tall and also has the body .
Mia Dearden/Speedy
Actually Mia will appear if Roy appears , it would be also a nice introduction of her to the teen titans , Kiernan Shipka is a good actress who is known by playing Sally Draper from Mad Men and she did a great job with playing Jon Hamm's daughter and had shown a great emontional range , she is fairly young and can play the character for a long term and she had shown her versality playing in all genders like romance , horror , comedy and she is also known by playing characters with a dark side like Mia is , Kiernan is like the character skilled with martial arts ( having a black belt in taekwon do ) which would be perfect of doing Mia's fighting moves and she is a trained dancer which would be perfect of doing Mia's flexible moves and she can easily take up some archery lessons and some sword lessons
Cissie King Jones/Arrowette
Cissie might also appear and her age might closer to Mia Dearden , anyway Stefanie Scott was a disney star but she had done a great job outside Disney playing in the third installement of Insidious and an obscure film called Caught and also guest started in Law and order , she had leaded her own film and can bring the lovely but dark side of Cissie , she can nail every aspect of this character and Stefanie had done some physical work and had done some dance moves but she needs to take classes in martial arts and archery and she would be great in this role
Shado
Shado may make an appearance in the Green arrow like in series , i wanted to choose an unknown actress for this role and i felt that Krystal Vee is the right choice i have seen the scorpion king 3 today and i was amazed by her performance there playing the badass , kind but rrough princess and that would be perfect for playing Shado who ended up being green arrow's love interest like the character Krystal is trained in martial arts and weaponery and a professional dancer she can even do her own stunts
Count vertigo
As a villian Count vertigo will appear Jonathan is mainly known of playing Regal greedy roles which would be a good jumping off of playing Count vertigo , and his performance in Dracula and Mortal instruments won't go either , he had done a great job playing a cold villian which is good reason to play Count Vertigo and he had done some action so he can play it
Merlyn
So Merlyn might appear as well like he was on the series , Keanu Reeves is a badass actor who is mainly known for playing in John Wick and the Matrix , he also played a character similar to Merlyn in the Man of Tai chi greatly and gave a great performance , he has also the badass and the rough side of Merlyn and have played anti heroes and as for the physical performance given that Merlyn is a powerful hand to hand combatant , Keanu Reeves had learned over 200 moves in preparation for the role of Matrix and had done his own stunts , he is also a real weapon master so he would be great
Chesire/Jade nuyen
Chesire might appear as well although she still hasn't made her apparence on Arrow Tv yet , Chesire should be around the original titans founders' age ( early to mid 20s ) so my pick is Janel Parrish i know she is kinda small but height can be overlooked , Janel is playing Mona a venomous , vengeful villian like Chesire so she has the experience of playing villians and having dramatic and romantic chops ( chesire and roy are romantic interests ) , as for the physical aspects given that Janel trained for dance for many years she could easily handle the physical aspects and she just needs to learn some martial arts and she would be perfect
My 2nd choice would be Sonoya Mizuno an actress who is just starting and she gave a great performance in Ex Machina even if it was a small role , she played in a wierd world landed with sci fi admetilly that she hadn't played a villian but her portray of a wierd character and her ability to perform drama and romance and her experience in sci fi would be easy for her as for the physical aspects seeing that she is a trained dancer she could easily do her own stunts and she is close to the height and age of the character
Ra's Al Ghul
Like in the tv show Ra's might appear as well and i didn't like the white washing of the character i really wanted an Arab or Indian actor to play the character so Sharuk khan is a big bollywood name who is fluent in English and he could be perfect as Ra's , he has the mental ability to pull over Ra's he played a villian in Don a leading type villian he can bring the charisma and the dangerous side of the character and playing a boss would be easy to play the leader of the league of the assassins and could easily play , he has also a black belt in Taekwondo and weapons mastery so the physical aspects won't be a problem , he is also older than Ben Affleck which would work fine and also having played a scientist and a detective would be a great reason to play Ra's
Constantine Drakon
Ok , that might an out of box thinking , Matt Mullins is an actor and also a martial artist because Constantine is the most skilled martial artist and he was a bodyguard , Matt had done acting chops and the reason why he is perfect , he played an assassin which is perfect for Constantine , played rough , badass and anti hero characters and he himself is a professional martial artist like Constantine and i would like DC/WB to consider actors with martial arts experience for roles such like this
China White
Devon Aoki has been awhile but i do think that she would be great for this role , China is a tough , badass , torturing villian and Devon is just good at that she is good at playing characters with badass , rough features i mean just look at her work in Sin City , DOA ( eevn if the movie is terrible she was great on there ) and 2fast 2 furious you will get why even if she hadn't played characters similar to China , she can bring the danger and charisma to the character and like the character she is skilled in martial arts ( a black belt in hapikido ) and she can do her own stunts like she did in DOA

I know most people want him as ZSaas and i am not casting him as jason todd ( because jason can't be just 3 years younger than Slade wilson ) , Aaron is a great actor who has the acting chops needed for Firely , he can also play the villanous side and the crazy side also
Sandra Wu San/Lady Shiva
Lady shiva will probably make an appearance in Green arrow along with David cain and maybe her daughter , Zhang Ziyi is my choice for Lady Shiva she is a great actress and is chinese like the character , she is not stranger of playing anti heroes and also tough and badass characters like Shiva , she is even not unfamiliar to physical and martial arts roles which would be important for characters like Lady Shiva and also she is a trained dancer and is doing some martial arts which would be perfect for doing her own stunts , she is able to handle heavy dialogues and also able to play dark and obscure heroes like Lady Shiva if Lady shiva is involved with Black Canary it may lead to a birds of prey movie
David Cain
David might appear alongside Lady shiva , Jim Cravizel is my pick , he is a very versatile actor sometimes playing a hero and a villian which would be perfect , he is also known for playing slippery and rough like David since David is an assassin Jim has done some physical work in his career and can easily handle the action of the character
Artemis Crock/Tigress/Artemis
Artemis might appear as well hopefully her involement will lead to a young justice movie , Hailee is a great actress who her roles vary from True Gift , Ender games to Pitch black she did a great job in all of her movies , she can easily play tough , badass and also can take over both Artemis's sweet and dark sides with serious ones , she is also Biracial ( half white half philipina ) like the character well Artemis is half Viatnamese but Hailee could easily pass over as her , she has also the physical work needed for a character like this like it was shown on Barley lethal and she auditioned for the role of Katniss Everden which would be perfect for seeing her as an archer
Cupid/Carrie Cutter
Cupid also might appear , Haley Benett is a great actress showing a great versality from Music and Lyrics to Rules don't Apply , she had shown that she could play a victim of love turned assassin , she could deliver drama , thriller as well as action and starting in reccuring roles would be perfect for playing Cupid also she is trained in dance so doing the physical aspects won't be a problem , Haley can also deliver drama , romance and emontions which would be perfect for playing Cupid
Characters that might appear :
First i do think Vixen might appear because her involement might lead to a birds of prey movie and also she appears with some suicide squad members i really hope to see her maybe a small cameo to lead after a birds of prey movie
The African American actress Yaya daCosta is my pick for Vixen having African-Latinos roots , she fits the age range , the height ( 5'8 ) and has a perfect body ( she was once a model ) and has modelling gigs , she had proven that she has a great emontional range taking on themes of lost , grief and sadness , Yaya has also played characters with family problems which would be perfect for Vixen , she had done also physical work on Chicago fire
Second Huntress might appear as well to team up with black canary which leads to a birds of prey movie i didn't like her story on Arrow i think the character should be greatly involved with Black canary hinting at a possible Birds of prey movie and leads to question
My first choice is Julia Voth from Sera Project , she is a versatile actress and not stranger to playing Stubborn like it was shown in Bitch slap she is a good actress so playing in a comic book role won't be a problem , she has experience with playing a video game like character so playing in a comic book role won't be a problem , i have heard that Julia is of Greek decent which would totally pass off as Italian and she has the body , the height , the voice of Huntress , she is also not stranger to playing Tough and a dark heroine also she is not stranger to stunts and physical work in Bitch Slap and Project Sera she was a badass , she fits the character really well , i am sure she would be good with Ben Affleck and with more training in physical work and learning the Italian accent she would be more than perfect
My 2nd Choice is Pheobe Tonkin who is also a good versatile actress . Her roles vary from H20 as a sweet mermaid teen to originals as the badass werewolf , she is not stranger to playing Stubborn as it was in the originals also she is not unfamiliar to playing a dark , tough and brutal character as it was shown again in the originals . She was a badass in there and had performed stunts , physical mouvements just like Huntress , she is also Australian that would totally pass off as Italian with training in Italian accent she would be perfect , she fits also the height standing at 5'10 , the body and the age of Huntress and having worked with my pick for Black Canary twice why not the third time
Third Stephanie Brown/Spoiler : Stephanie might appear but as spoiler identity hopefully her involement might lead to birds of prey movie , her role would be in this story as an involement for possible futur movies or also being team up with Mia Dearden and both use the same tools i really want her to be invovled or even a possible cameo maybe even taken up with Dick Grayson to the dark knight and a future appeancence in batman
Dove Cameron is a good actress who is knwon by playing in Liv and maddie and descandents , she has the cutness and energy needed to the character , she has also experience outside disney appearing in mentalist a dark role which would totally pass off as the batman world and Shamless the movie was a little but she was very funny and has the fun needed for the character as for the physical ones in descandents she had shown some interesting Dance moves and her upcoming movie where she will play Amber Von Tussle in the upcoming TV adaptation of Hairspray will show more her ability of the dancing which made her able to perform her own stunts with a bit more training in martial arts and gymnastics she would be great
This choice might be out of box thinking , since Natalie left Gotham i wanted to give her A CB role and i see that Stephanie is more appropriate okay i know my pick for Tim Drake is 20 years old and she is only 16 years old because Tim and Steph were love interests she can easily look older she has the long term needed for the character the reason why i put her as Stephanie because she looks the part , she has the age range and also with being young she is very versatile she had played a villian like in Gotham while playing a sweet girl in Golberg and she is at a young age with a large guest roles in tv series since she was 6 she had played in comedy roles like Wizards of waverly place and darker roles in murder in the fist and Gotham , she has also the energy and a comic book experience , she is also very sweet and having an athletic body like i have seen in photos so all what she needs now is to train in martial arts and gymnastics and also read and understand the character or maybe a more fitness diet and she would be great
Okay , this choice is an out box of thinking ( please peole don't complain about her body i am casting her because of her ability i am a girl and i don't like that ) , Ariel Winter is a good actress who is known by playing in modern family with the deathstroke official casting Joe manganiello and she has the acting ability needed for the character : the lovely attidute , the energy also taking on serious side , she is also very funny and adorable and she has experience with comic book voicing Carrie Kelley which would be perefct if the DC brings the dark or the serious side of Stephanie well Ariel voiced in Final fantasy which is a dark world and she is like the character skilled with martial arts ( purple belt in taekwon do ) which would be perfect for doing her own stunts
Third is Dick Grayson/Nightwing actually Dick Grayson is rumored to appear on arrow season 5 well he might appear as Nightwing or agent 37 hopefully his involment with Green arrow or Red arrow would probably either lead to a young justice movie or the green arrow joinning the justice league
My choice is Steven R Mcqueen who expressed interest in playing the role , he has the knowladge of playing the character , he can handle the character mental aspects playing confident , funny , cocky but mature and serious and also having the leadship abilities and also the height and the body along with the screen presence , he played in Chicago fire as a firefighter which is perfect of playing a soldier and an agent and Steven is like Dick Grayson skilled with many martial arts and weaponry so he can even do his own stunts , he did actually in TVD and Chicago fire
Fourth is Cassandra Cain : if Lady Shiva and David cain appears Cassandra might appear to help them or to fight against them hopefully her involement will be also in Batman
Natasha Liu Bozzidro has just one film who is Crouching tiger but she gave a great performance there showing a great screen presence and a tough side , her character was a skilled warrior who is badass and gloomy like Cassandra Cain taking also on lost and darker themes she has also an otherwordley face , Natasha is Biracial ( half Asian half white ) like the character and she is 5'4 i guess like the character and while Cassandra is a martial arts expert even better than the dark knight himself Natasha is also a martial arts expert who helds a black belt in Taekwondo and practised karate and she ienjoys also sport and is a weapon expert she is also 22 Years old
Fifth is John Constantine : like in the tv show , i want to Constantine to appear in Green Arrow maybe leading to a JLD movie
Jude Law is a great versatile actor who i would like to be in the DCEU , he is British like the character and has that Creepy vibe that Constantine possesses , he had taken on playing brash characters which would be perfect for playing Constantine and he had got that charisma and the versality that Constantine possesses and i do think he would be cool , he could bring something new to the character
Sixth Raven : i would like Raven to make an appearance in Green Arrow or any DCEU movies which leads to a JLD movie or her involement with her old friends : Dick Grayson and Roy Harper can lead to a titans movie or the formation of the Young Justice
My pick was Odeya Rush but it was for a teen titan movie this for the series which settles her age about Dick Grayson , Roy Harper and Cyborg's ages ( early to mid 20s ) so my pick for this era is Emilia Clarke from Games of thrones where she played a beautiful shy princess daenerys turned into a badass queen we see her character evolues she had taken on Darker themes and as well with magical ones and has that wierd vibe that Raven possesses
and some notable cameos
If Cyborg appears on Flash it is possible that he might appear on the other heroes movies anyway his role on this movie is to team up with his old titans friends and help the Green arrow against his old ennemi Deathstroke anyway this won't probably happen but this is my idea and i really want to see it

The dark knight himself , if his kicksiders make a cameo why not bring the dark knight himself any way his role would be a cameo i would like him to come to Green Arrow and Black canary and ask them to join the justice league leading Green arrow and Black Canary to appear with the original members of the justice league or his role might be to help Green Arrow against Deathstroke
Anyway i really want the DCEU to make a movie based on Green Arrow well the story has to be different from the TV show , well this is my personal idea actually i don't think all the characters will appear but i want those characters to appear maybe in future movies of Green Arrow
