I am going to start off by saying I love Smallville. It is an awesome show and probably my favorite show ever. I would love if Tom Welling or Erica or any version of Smallville was translated into the big screen. This fancasting is what I would be fine with if that did not happen.
Superman - Jared Padalecki - He is man. He is 6'4 and keeps getting bigger and bigger. I love Matt Bomer and Henry Cavill looks cool but they are too small. And I just do not think Brandon Routh can be todays superman.
Lex Luthor - Will Smith- He is perfect. I mean come on it's Will Smith. He would be an awesome evil mastermind. Also he would be perfect at making a city love him as their supposed favorite son until Superman.
Lois Lane - Olivia Wilde - She is beautiful and looks just like her. When I picture her on screen with Jared it just looks right.
Braniac- Nicolas Cage- This guy is a great actor and loves Superman. He would be amazing because he would want nothing more to be in this movie. I mean he even named his son after superman.
Metallo - Leonardo Dicaprio- Leo is one amazing actor and I would be really curious to see him in this role. So different for him and he could be an awesome luthor too.
Perry White- Alec Baldwin- Enough said.
Jimmy Olsen- Michael Cera. You know you love that idea.
Backup for Lex- Brad pitt. Combine Tyler Durden with Achilles.
