The differences between Eastern culture and Western culture are evident everywhere and video games are not the exception. Just for example:
Resident Evil(1) vs. Tomb Raider: The protagonists of both games are smart, strong and beautiful women. Both handle weapons than any army would like to have and they use this weapons against all kinds of zombies, mosnters, animals, and sometimes even against human enemies.
The puzzles have to be solved in different ways, but we can be sure that we have to pass at least 5 times through the same room to solved it and continue the game.
The continuity and the intensity in the histories in both games are some of the main differences. Jill is one of the best members of S.T.A.R.S.and is dedicated to doing his duty, Lara is an archaeologist who follows the footsteps of his father and eventually saves the world with their discoveries.
And as expected both games have a number of films trying to capitalize the success of these franchises, but well... I am sure that you have your opinion of these movies
There are many games that can be compared. I showed some in the picture but we never end talking about the differences and similarities.
