Hey guys after reading your comments and considering them i've come up with more plot ideas plus i've added i few more characters to the mix as suggested
Our new leads are:

Joseph Gordon Levitt
There's no one else i can think of that can do this role justice other than Josepn Gordon Levitt. He's a great actor who in flims like "500 days of summer" and "inception" shows a great acting skill.
But, Our new Nightwing is
Milo Ventimiglia
Milo is a great actor suggested by you guys for Nightwing, so there we have it. Our new Nightwing.
Our new Superboy is
Kellan Lutz
Unlike my last pick, Logan Lerman, Kellan the the physically bulit body shape needed for Superboy. (The Ashley Green cameo is on purpose haha)
Our Robin is
still Shia Labeouf
If there were ever to be another Robin to compare to Chris o'Donnell take on Robin, It would have to be Shia. He was born to play Robin. (In my Opinion)
Ryan Kwanten is our Kid Flash
The guy's a good actor who as that "FLASH' look. He's perfect.
Lee Thompson as Cyborg
Minka Kelly is our Donna Troy
Many didn't like my Jennifer Love Hewitt pick before but what about Minka Kelly?
Dianna Agron stays our Batgirl/ Barbara Gordon
Mila Kunis as Huntress
Shailene Woodley As Frieda(Static Shock)
Sean William Scott as Hotstreak
BASIC PLOT:
Terry Mcginnis, is transfering colleges after leaving Gotham and goes to the college where our other heroes attend( Him not knowing at the time).. He has a cocky attitude and nightwing quickly notices. After a class, as Terry leaves nightwing bumps into Terry which eventually leads to a small fight. After a nice fight scene, they both discover who they both are. Terry realizes Nightwing is Batman's friend Dick Grayson and nightwing meets the new batman. As the become buddies, Nightwing mentions Superboy ( not knowing his true identity) and suggests to Terry that he's a enemy and they need to discover who he really is.
(This pattern sort of repeats until all the male heros know each other and create a a super hero team.)
-Terry will meet Donna Troy and have a romance with her while nightwing and Barbara will date as well. They too later reveal to them that they too are superheros and that they want to help.
-
Static Shock will make a cameo to help battle hotstreak and save Frieda from dying. ( Frieda will be taking hostage and almost killed by hotstreak.)
climax- Hotstreak will team up with another villian(still undecide who) and take out all the others leaving only Terry to save to the day. Plus, i plan on making jealously between the heros a big part in the story as well. Meaning alot of fight scenes between them.
Alright guys, that's it. I know it needs work but i will do a part three with a full story. I am open to any and all suggestions so please feel free to let me know what you think. Thanks.
