Oscorp is going to be introduced in the first one. Thus I don't need to introduce Oscorp.

Oscorp makes a prototype of a suit called RHINO. A crook named Alex O'Hirn (Dwayne Johnson) steals it and is so built-up in muscle, he escapes with the suit.

Peter (Andrew Garfield) is on top of a high building in New York saying the city's been real quiet lately.

Herman Schulz (Brendan Fraser) has robbed a bank and told the judge he took a bribe from a man named Fisk (obviously the Kingpin). They let him out in 10 days because it was't his fault.

Aunt May (Sally Field) has been trying to get Peter with her friend's niece, Mary Jane. Peter keeps making excuses such as "But Aunt May, I've been asked to study with one of my classmates! And besides, I already have a girlfriend!" One day, MJ had a headache and Peter needed no alibi. So the following night, he went out with Gwen (Emma Stone).

When they are about to kiss, Shocker destroys their dinner table. Gwen is like "Holy crap! Peter! Help me!" She then finds Peter to be absent...again! And Spider-Man comes out of nowhere (gee, I wonder where he was) He comes up to Shocker and says "Well, what are you called" Shocker says "I am Shocker and everyone will be under my rule" and whispers at a maximum of about 5db "even Fisk!" Spider-Man retorts "That's shocking!" Shock gets angry and tries burning Spider-Man. Spider-Man webs him up and starts punching him to stun him. Shocker, realizing how powerful of a foe he is, disintegrates his web and goes away. Peter returns as his civilian and Gwen asked "Peter! Where the heck were you?" Peter says "Sorry, I didn't want to get hurt! I won't be so careless next time."

Peter sold pics his camera automatically took when he fought the Shocker. J Jonah Jameson (Sam Elliot or John Slattery) said they were crap and Robbie (Kevin Michael Richardson) came to Peter's side and convinced Jonah to buy his photos and then JJJ told Peter to get out of his office before he "goes into a diabetic coma!". Betty Brant (Zooey Deschanel) then gives him his paycheck and he leaves the building.

When Peter is in school the next day, he sees Rhino attacking New York. Peter doesn't want to cut class again, so he waits until 3:00. By then Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) has already apprehended him. Peter thought that he wasn't going by his uncle's (Martin Sheen) words "With great power comes great responsibility" but reminded himself that he can't get everyone out there, even though he got the burglar, Lizard, Proto-Goblin and, temporarily, Shocker.

JJJ asked Peter where the crap he was when he should have been taking photos of Iron Man's victory. Peter said "Some of us still go to high school! We don't all skip college!"

One day when Peter is invited to Harry Osborn's (?) house, the audience gets a peek at Norman Osborn (?) still attempting a super-soldier serum. He didn't like the last attempt on a guinea pig. It was so much chemicals, it dies. Norman hopes that his next test subject won't end up the same way.

But there is no jail cell to strong for Rhino.

He broke out and terrorized the city, but this time, Iron Man was busy. Thank goodness it was a Saturday. Peter had absolutely no stuff going on. No dates. No homework. Nothing. He donned his suit on and went after Rhino. After he cannot find Rhino, he gives up.

Rhino also met Shocker on the streets. Rhino was at first unfamiliar and thought that he was Iron Man, but after Shocker took his mask off, they realized that they had been friends since high school. They were both hired by the Kingpin, and both were paid to do something they regretted, and wanted revenge. Shocker said that Iron Man was saving the world so he had a better idea. Shocker had noticed Spider-Man looking at Gwen so they thought that she is someone who is very important to Peter (DING! DING! DING! That is correct!) They decided to capture Gwen when her dad's (Denis Leary) not home because they remember how he arrested them.

A broadcaster said that Officer Stacy's daughter has been kidnapped. Peter decides to become Spider-Man and kick both their butts. He confronts Shocker first. He webs him and slingshots him a few feet away and says "That's for going after Mr. Stacy's daughter...twice!" After a long fight filled with retorts from Spider-Man, he (Spidey) webs Shocker's blasters for just enough time to web his whole body up and leave him hanging (but not killing) him. He goes after Rhino next. It took about 5 seconds for Spider-Man to realize that rhinos can kill spiders easily. Spider-Man kept distracting Rhino until his horn gets stuck in something. Spider-Man webs him up and leaves him for the police.

The next day, a broadcast is going about that "entrepreneur and philanthropist" Wilson Fisk (Michael Clarke Duncan) recently gave $100,000,000 to some research group in Africa that is trying to keep starving children from getting malaria. As you know Wilson Fisk has another identity. Where does he get all that money? He is the biggest crime lord in New York known as Kingpin. It was a fake check, by the way because Fat Fisk wouldn't give up that much money.

This leaves a cliffhanger. We'll see more of Kingpin in my next fanfic "Neogenic Nightmare."

Although it is assumed, Protogoblin isn't officially confirmed in the first one yet, though the character Vans Atter (or Adder) is. I like your direction, but a lot of it wouldn't work out (mainly Iron Man although that would be sweet)
Shocker if ever introduced should be a minor villain much like scarecrow in The Dark knight, he pops up, but isn't a huge threat.
