The New Ultimate Spider-Man! What if his world was were in the cinemas? Who'd play who?

Miles Morales' journey may have just begun but what if the days since his bite were put on screen.? This is who i think would be in there

Miles Morales is a scrawny smart kid from Brooklyn, New york. Much like our old pal peter he is a bit of a science wiz. Unlike peter he is not entirely competent in most areas of science. Miles is 14 years old that means he is either in the 8th or ninth grade. We'd need a not as experienced character but a kid who is close to that age and can really bring the fun and terror miles has as Spider-Man.

This guys is probably unfamiliar to most of you. He is on the semi-enjoyable Disney XD show "Lab Rats". He plays the step son of a billionaire genius who creates super soldiers who are in their teens. In that show he plays a freshman student at his high school. He is exactly 14 right on the money for miles' age. He has a presence of real fun and sarcastic tone miles has and at the same time his character on the show treats the super soldiers as his siblings. So I'm sure he would be able to invest in that emotion and broaden on it in Miles' character.

Next Would Be the Miles' Parents. His Father is an ex-con who teamed with his Brother Aaron. Jefferson Is a seasoned ex-con who hates what he once was. He resents his brother for reasons unknown besides the fact that he is still working as "The Prowler". Jefferson is a father and husband his old life does make him question if he should be both. He occasionally has short bursts of rage especially when it comes to his brother and his son being near him.

If you've read the comics or seen an image of Miles father then you know Taye Diggs is definitely a spot on casting. The glasses and bald head are there. The tiny bit of stubble could stay and add a distinguishing new feature not previously on the character. Taye Diggs being in the shape he's been in is not bad either. Meaning that there could be flashbacks to his days of thievery with his brother and stunts in the present such as fighting hydra soldiers or venom. He can definitely play the slightly angered and caring father of miles holding both emotions very well.

Miles Mother is quite the opposite of her Husband Jefferson. Miles' mother Rio is quite the worry wort. She worries for her son being away from home at a charter school. She worries but is so very proud he was able to get in and show hows smart he really is despite where he comes from. At the same time she is a loving devoted wife. She knows of her husbands past but it seems not to phase her. She seems very protective when Uncle Aaron is around it brings a change to her husband one she doesn't like.

Yes usually she is more of the sex object of most of her movies. Her roles focusing more on her physical attributes but a few of her recent films have shown her acting ability more. Shes showing more range of emotion and characters she chooses. She can bring the loving wife part well. Most of her leading men you feel her character would do anything to protect them and stay with them. Being the worry wort mom is new since she's played a drunk mom who barely remembers she is a mom. I think turning those characters around and adding a bit of her more recent roles into Rio and making that role. By the way Ms. Mendes wasn't chosen because of her sex appeal. It was because of her age and acting ability and how far i believe the character could be taken with her even though the role would probably be minor.

Now for the Infamous Uncle Aaron,
Aaron comes off as a cool guy to his nephew at first. After being bitten Uncle Aaron finds out his nephews new identity as spider-man. When Miles learns his uncles identity and Aaron confronts him Miles slowly notices the personality horrors his uncle has. He begins to see why his father resents miles being around. Aaron is arrogant and does what he has to, to get by
and live happily, rich. He is also a great fighter and expert at breaking&entering&stealing to sell to a high bidder.

Bria\an White is relatively unknown to most. He was one of the fighters in "D.O.A Dead or Alive" He has fighting experience is that movie. The three movies i've seen him in he's been portraying arrogant deuce bags. He's been the drunk brother who is rude and disrespectful and the show off pro-fighter. These qualities infused with anger greed and a dash of humane love for his nephew would definitely make The Prowler Aaron come to life.

Ganke is Miles' only friend. He seems just as smart as miles but maybe a little more tech and chemical aware. He was the one who created miles' web fluid from Peter Parkers web notes. Ganke is a huge fan of peter before he died. Now that his only friend miles has gained spider-mans abilities he is the one who is pushing him him to become more of a hero and helping fight villains based on youtube clips of spidey fighting his villains. Ganke is chubby, happy, and smart. The one person i thought of was

This kid may not have been the main character in Super 8 but he sure was a huge part of the film. He brought a bit of comedic elements to a horror sci-fi action film. Being as though there arent many known cubby kid actors so i think i chose the best of the bunch. Besides having a J.J. abrams film under your belt aint bad.

Lets Just Cast a few villains for the heck of it.

The Kangaroo was Miles' first encounter with a criminal. The Kangaroo was there just to show the reader what Miles was capable of and what he had to learn. It was this meeting i believe miles first learned of his venom touch. He touches a person and it puts them in a temporary state of paralysis. I didnt want to just choose anybody when casting these people. I chose a seasoned actor who rarely gets movie parts, but when he does he is pretty good.

This old boy here isn't a bad guy type but i believe he has the direction to turn himself into the thief kangaroo.

The next person is of more interest but still low since the journey of this new spider-man has only started. The Scorpion from what i gather is a mexican drug lord who likes to handle his dirty work by himself. There are few actors who could impersonate this ethnicity or if possible change it all together. Scorpion was a really built bald guy with tattoos and a scraped eye. I think if the actor i've chosen frows a beard and is given alot of fake tattoos he would be perfect for the role.

Mr. Dominic Puurcell is a soft spoken actor of rage. He's Played prisoner, mentally challenged violent man and so many more characters of rage, im surprised this guy wasnt chosen as Draxx The Destroyer but hey what can you do. He is well built and somewhere near 5'10 that he can do the role of first real baddie to the new spider-man justice.
Although his acting ability is bland is the other areas he is excellent with silent and physical rage. This is why i think he would make a great scorpion. A man who sits back and lets money come to him and when he is crossed or things dont go as planned he handles it himself. This is how i see him.

Last but Certain not to be least is Norman Osborn. Now before i give my casting i want to tell you i didnt read The Ultimates until Miles became spider-man so i have no idea how he is portrayed in that realm of the comic world. I see Norman osborn as man who needs something new to fight to fill his hunger and desire for war and destruction since peter died. He creates the perfect spider with a bit more added secrets to eventually create a ne spider-man and kill. This is not said in the comics but this is what i feel is to happen. Before Osborn has a chance to get it to the person or persons he wanted its stolen. I see him as a lurking devil waiting to crush this new spider-man under his goblin foot. The slowly waiting and war hungry business man.

A completely underrated actor. He is exactly how i see Norman. He is just waiting for a new hero to arise so he may find him destroy his life bit by bit and then finally squash him, permanently. Clive surely shows the business side of his acting side but i think a bit more anger from his sin city days and that intensified more with a dash or nic cage i think there is our Norman who craves to let the goblin out. The Goblin lurking inside waiting for a chance to fly and kill another spider.

I like the cast. I've never read into Miles Morales' story, but you made some interesting picks. I don't know if Clive can nail the Goblin voice, but who cares?

By the way, check out my Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt fancast.

my dear fan boys Jaden Smith is nearly 16 now and doesnt really bring the fun and terror i was referring to. This Kid is the same age and has a refreshing fun to him less and less kid actors have. Jaden does serious too well. Besides the acting, physically this tyrel is spot on miles in the face and skin tone. That is a bonus factor. Besides daddy smith wouldn't let his son do something so trashy as a spider-man film. Will smith may be a god actor but he seems to think he is above just about every film he comes across.
