My fourth fancast. I did alot of work to make this so i hope you all like.

First of all i know this cast is huge but my idea is for a trilogy and i would like every episode to be more like a two and half hour war movie than just a typical action/adventure like Stephen Sommers film.
There should be alots of memorable G.I. Joe moments from the ´80s and ´90s A Real American Hero comics and also i think it would be cool if the film would open with narration which tells what year is it and what is going on.
That how we could get straight into action and not spent half of the movie to introduction.

My cast doesnt include all of the characters of G.I. Joe world but it includes the most important characters and my favorites. Those characters who didnt get into my cast i still think that most of them should have little cameos over hear and there. That would make the movie more fun to watch.

Director choices are Martin Campbell and Pete Travis.
I think they both got the talent to make this movie work. Campbell has made more hits than misses. Casino Royale and Vertical Limit has the attitude i think would fit perfectly for this movie trilogy. Same for Pete Travis´s Vantage Point and Endgame.
Also one of the main reasons I chose Travis as my other choice is what I have seen from his up coming movie Dredd. I think they both can make these movie look realistic and believable but sametime make it look like it was based on the comic.

Anyway now the cast. I think it speaks for itself. So I didn’t but their any explainations.
They all just worked!:)

I'd change Lady Jaye to Anna Kendrick, Storm Shadow to Donnie Yen or someone(Asano just isn't right), and Cobra Commander to Gary Oldman (not only is he my favorite actor, but he is also the only actor I can think of who can do the voice and make it sound authentic and serious).

Other than that, wouldn't change a thing. This cast is pretty frickin' fantastic!

Out standing. I've never heard of some of those Joes... and i grew up watching it. Thumbs up absolutely. U look at a cast like this and cant help but wonder why Hollywood spews out the crap that they do. Also, i like that these were fresh picks

Actually few of them i spot from other peoples fancasting´s but honestly after i saw them i couldnt think anyone more better for the roles. If it works it works!:)

Lewis25@ I think that too. He has alot of potential to be great action and movie star. He is a very decent actor like seen in The Tournament and Undisputed 2-3.

BatSlam@ I kept thinking who would be great and badass as Hard Master and suddenly Sonny Chiba the guy who played the merciless ninja Takuma "Terry" Tsurugi in The Street Fighter trilogy and Hattori Hanzo in television series and Kill Bill Vol 1. was the only choice.

DanielThomasRandKai@ Thanks. I chose Asano because he has alot of acting talent. I didnt want to just pig someone who can fight and look badass (You know a obvious choice). Even Donnie Yen is a great choice! Like seen in Mongol, Zatoichi and Thor Asano can fight too and change his appearance for every role like some [frick]ing chameleon. If you wanna know how good he really can be you should watch Takashi Miike´s Ichi The Killer.
Anyway i respect your opinions. Gary Oldman would rock as Cobra Commander!:)

And yeah Hollywood really screw up this movie franchise! It could have been [frick]ing big like Star Wars back in the day! I mean how awesome would have that been!:) The movie Sommers made almost made me cry for thinking how waste it was and honestly i got a fever when i was watching it in the theaters. That bad it was!;)

A little more info on the characters and why you chose each actor would be nice, but you can still tell you put a lot of work into this.

While I don't agree with all of your choices, this is the best GI:Joe fan cast I've ever seen, so kudos!

This is nigh [frick]ing perfect. Some of these later charcters, like Darklon, shouldn't even be there, and personally I would personally prefer Sean Pertwee for CC instead of Bettany. He's a Brit too, but I love his voice. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2p2bmyspD4s

Montross@ Thanks for the opinion. Pertwee is cool but the reason i cast Bettany as CC was his calculating appearance and his totally evil performance in Gangster Number One.
I really think if he puts his mind into it he can change his voice to something unbelievably menacing. Like Heath did with his Joker laugh and Joseph Gordon-Levitt with CC in Sommers film.
Gary Oldman would be my second choice.
