We have seen plenty of images and a teaser trailer from Marcus Nispel's upcoming film Conan The Barbarian. Now we finally get a glimpse of Leo Howard as the young Conan.

The tale of Conan the Cimmerian and his adventures across the continent of Hyboria on a quest to avenge the murder of his father and the slaughter of his village.

Starring Jason Momoa, Ron Perlman, Stephen Lang, Rachel Nichols and Rose McGowen Conan The Barbarian is slated for release this August.

cool stuff, they have a very native american look, well more so the dude standing next to him. I am definitely excited about this movie. Gotta love the R-Rated action flicks, now if only Fox would do that with wolverine and we could have the most EPIC of Epic movies ever!!! Wolvie slaughtering thousands of ninjas in Japan...WINNING!!!

Is Grace Jones still alive? I don't think I've seen or heard of her since she appeared in Conan.

Would have prefered Daniel Cudmore as Conan but i gotta say it makes sense that Conan´s skin is little bit darker. If i remember right his is Grand, grand, grandfather comes from south so its in the genes :)
I like where this movie is going. Hope we see the longer trailer soon.
Still sad that Lord Zula (Yeah he was guy in the comics and Books) isnt in this movie or Belit or Thoth-Amon.

DAMN I CAN'T WAIT FOR THIS MOVIE!! Now that I've gotten that out, I'll probably be let down, but hope not. I really do hope that the score is as epic as the original's. Something along the lines of Lord of the Rings' Howard Shore. The score for the original really made that movie.

Preacher: I've been optimistic about this film for a long time now. I think people are going to be surprised when it comes out. It may not rake in the cash but I think it will be fantastic to watch.

Conan's grandfather was from a southern *Cimmerian* tribe: the furthest south Cimmeria got was what is now Northern England.
