My Thoughts on the "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" teaser!

Yesterday we got a first look at "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them"! This is the first movie in the world of Harry Potter, without actually having most of the characters we know and love.

Yesterday we got a first look at "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them"! This is the first movie in the world of Harry Potter, without actually having most of the characters we know and love. Starring Eddie Redmayne, written by JK Rowling (the queen herself) , and directed by David Yates, who is a veteran in directing Harry Potter movies.

Check out my thoughts below!

@dethpillow

I'm pretty surprised you've only seen the first two. Although I still really really enjoy them, I've always felt the first two were the weakest of all. Alfonso Cuarón directed the third one, and I always felt that after the second movie they took a VERY different turn in tone and atmosphere. Cinematography, the kids got to show some acting chops, it all got 10x better with me on 3 and up. The story over all got much more mature, and made for a lot of compelling action. You should definitely give the series a try sometime! The fourth film cemented my love for it. Can't wait to see how this plays out not being in the school setting. Thanks for the support as always though :]

@neihofft: Third one was still my favorite. But you are right. Felt that the first one was the weakest.

@dragons292014 It was my favorite for many many years. I do have a very hard time choosing which is it now. Sometimes it is Half Blood Prince. The sequence of Harry and Dumbldore in the cave destroying the horcrux was my favorite in the books, and it came to life so nicely.
