Medusa and Kraken both actually looked better in the original.Not the special effects, but the creature designs themselves. Well, Medusa loosk pretty close..byt The Kraken looks like a cross between the Cloverfield monster and the Rancor from Star Wars.

If the whole movie is as awsome as the first two trailers look I say it could be up for some awards plus it would have my vote for best remake of any film. not that it would beat the old classic but it seems so far to be on the superb scale as the classic COTT.

Once again, if you're not riding the LEEE train, you must be with the enemy! LOL
LEEE sees things with LEEE-colored glasses. I'm with you, in their right roles, Ackles, or Worthington could be really good! But they shouldn't be cast for every five star superhero that comes around.

When LEEE makes statements like that, its like watching a IM2 trailer on line. Makes me giddy. I spend more time critizing LEEE than Megan Fox, or Fox-made marvel movies, Bryan Singer, or SR.
