           This will be one simple article. What did you think of Thanos's grand entrance in the MCU. Thanos is the big bad of the whole franchise and I want to know what all of your thoughts are of his introduction in GOTG.

His introduction was really cool especially since I assumed we weren't going to get the awesome face-shot of Brolin as Thanos and just a bunch of lame holograms and voice-overs.

It was solid. I want more. But he looks and sounds good. A bit cartoony still. But you don't see him long.

I liked it, I'm only disappointed that the infinity stones seem to keep getting further and further away from Thanos...hopefully he starts getting at least SOME soon, or in GOTG 2..

Also does anybody know how Thor's realms work? After we watched GOGT we were talking, is asgard a planet or dimension? Because in the first Thor movie Odin says "keeping peace across the stars" so I was confused because does that mean they're aware of the Nova core? Or do they only govern over the 9 realms?

I also agree that thanos introduction was very cool and when he appeared on screen i just smiled like a baby. i have no doubt that thanos will explored further even more in the mcu and i cannot wait

u know I was wondering that too. I think the realms are basically spaced out through the universe. every other planet im guessing are just located between them. in agents of shield, sif said they are aware of other alien races like the kree and what not. and that's confirmed more so when her and volstagg went to Knowhere to see the collector, so they are aware of the extended universe. tho it seems they don't really care to interact with them. you would think nova prime would ask for help, against thanos tho...

He was barely on it I wish he had one more scene, but he was still cool the CGI was a little dodgy but not enough to ruin the movie can t wait to see him in future marvel movies!!!!!!!!

I didn't like his goldish armor and soft face but...

was cool enough.... loved GOTG, best Marvel movie since AVENGERS. CAP 2 coming in a close 2nd! ;P

I thought the character was cool and it was a good way to introduce him. However i wish he looked more like he did in the Avengers credits scene, i think he looked more menacing that way, but Brolin did a nice job with his voice.

it was good but he could of looked a lot better,thanos looked awesome at the end of the avengers.

maybe we'll see thanos evolve cgi wise the same way how the hulk improved from the incredible hulk(2008) to the avengers(2012)

I loved it. And i hope that thor is the first person to take on thanos. Hopefully on asgard.

Big Thanos fan! I loved it!

Hope they do a solo Thanos movie or at least have him have a big role in the film so we can see the world in his slightly twisted way.

Loved his voice really threatening with an air of intelligence which is exactly how Thanos should be not only one of the strongest beings in the universe also one of the smartest.

Loved it but I'm pretty sure when he comes out in Avengers 3 Josh Brolin as Thanos will actually look better since he won't just be doing the voice and mo-cap but also mix it in with some practical effects like they do with many of their other characters.

I really wanted to see Ronan try to fight Thanos after he had the balls to challenge him. Just to see him get owned by Thanos would have been awesome. But nonetheless still an awesome cameo.
