GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 3 Concept Art Reveals [SPOILER], [SPOILER], And [SPOILER] In Mid-Credits Scene

In Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3's mid-credits scene, we were introduced to a new group of Guardians led by Rocket Raccoon: Groot, Cosmo, Kraglin, Adam Warlock, Phyla, and Blurp.

Despite missing a few familiar faces, it's an exciting roster, and one we're excited to eventually see in action. While James Gunn's time in the MCU has reached its end, that doesn't mean we've seen the last of the Guardians. Star-Lord's return has already been confirmed and we find it hard to believe Rocket won't continue saving the Galaxy alongside the likes of Adam, Cosmo, and Kraglin.

Talking of that trio, concept artist Christian Cordella has now shared his designs for the new Guardians suited up in their official uniforms.

They all look fantastic, and we're hoping these costumes stick around (Marvel Studios has a tendency to change them from movie to movie because new looks mean new toys). With any luck, we'll also get some artwork featuring Groot's kaiju-like overhaul sooner rather than later!

For now, check out this new Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 concept art below.

In Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, our beloved band of misfits are looking a bit different these days. Peter Quill, still reeling from the loss of Gamora, must rally his team around him to defend the universe along with protecting one of their own. A mission that, if not completed successfully, could quite possibly lead to the end of the Guardians as we know them.

Gunn writes and directs Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, which stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, featuring Vin Diesel as Groot, Bradley Cooper as Rocket, Sean Gunn, Chukwudi Iwuji, Will Poulter, and Maria Bakalova.

Kevin Feige is the producer and Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Nikolas Korda, Simon Hatt, and Sara Smith serve as executive producers.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is now playing in theaters.

Got back from watching this yesterday, who’d have thought Rocket Raccoon would make my top 5 MCU characters after watching this.

Also, a worthy genuine evil villain in the MCU besides Thanos??

I apreciate the comic accuracy, but all Guardians having the same uniform looks kinda lame...its ok to have the original team wearing them since it was their last time on screen, but the new team shouldnt, especially Warlock, Warlock without a cape looks just WRONG.
Again, its comic accurate, but all of them wearing the exact same uniform reminded me to the first X-Men movies, and while that worked over 20 years ago, that isnt the standard for comic book movie anymore...let alone James Gunn's movies, which are full of color.

@TheHumanSpider2 - Yeah I kinda agree, even just on the basis that the uniform just suits some of the characters more than others - like it looked great on Star Lord and Rocket, and it makes sense for a character like Kraglin to wear it due to his deep ties to the Ravagers, but a bit of variety would've been cool - even something as simple as Drax wearing a sleeveless version or something. And the blue uniform just doesn't suit Cosmo or Adam at all, they should've kept their more unique looks (or even with Adam's original costume being destroyed he should've ended up in something similar)

Still loved the movie though!

@TheHumanSpider2 - It makes sense theybhave a brand and a uniform to be easily identifiable. They are a known entity in the galaxy at this point.

Love the suits but it doesn't fit Adam. He needs a cape or maybe a cloak on top of it.
